Elena's house is located 5 km from the ducal city of Camerino, 4 minutes from the hospital of Camerino, completely immersed in the green countryside of the Marche.
Due to its quiet location it is suitable for all nature lovers, both for tourist and short-term stays.
Ideal location for a romantic holiday for two, a perfect base for families and adventurers discovering the Marche and Umbria, for athletes and cyclists who want to enjoy the surrounding nature or use the university and municipal sports facilities, just 3 km away .
It consists of two double bedrooms, one with a large terrace, located on the 1st floor of the cottage, with a single shared bathroom, equipped with a bathtub with shower, hairdryer and towels.
Large is the living room with fireplace, sofa, WiFi, TV with large film library, complete with fully equipped kitchen for any lunches and dinners to be held outdoors in the large outdoor garden bordered by the fence, equipped with tables, chairs, gazebo and a very practical barbecue for those wishing to try their hand on the embers.
