About this property

Renovated farmhouse with amazing view and private pool

On the border of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne, surrounded by rolling hills with sunflowers, fruits and vegetables lies our newly renovated, carefully designed villa Laureillie, with beautiful views. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden, terraces and patio's. The house sleeps 6 to 8 people. 30 minutes from Bergerac airport or 2 hours from Bordeaux. 7 minutes from medieval village Monflanquin. Ideal for families, golfers, hikers, culture/ nature lovers and foodies.

The space
We have renovated the house and kept the local athmosphere while adding contemporary design, materials and art. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden. The house now has a large living space, open kitchen and fireplace. The house is suited for 8 people and has four bedrooms: one large family room with private bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bedroom by the back patio. Excellent wifi, Sonos, tv/Netflix are present. Towels and bed linnen are taken care of.

Wonderful Stay at Laureillie

We spent two weeks at Villa Laureillie and loved our time there. The hosts, Jasper and Annemieke, have thought of everything that a guest could want to make their experience more enjoyable. The property itself is stunning with views that the pictures can't do justice! The local area is full of beautiful medieval villages with daily markets for fresh produce and regional delicacies. When we weren't exploring the local villages we enjoyed our time by the pool and the use of the barbecues on the property. As a couple living in a city we genuinely couldn't have had a better relaxing getaway than the one we had at Villa Laureillie. We would absolutely recommend staying to anyone, and would love the opportunity ourselves to come back again!
