A lovely and airy good standard house, built in 2019. This high location offers beautiful views of the sea and the fjord on northern Tjörn Island. A wonderful vacation home for those who want to be close to both salty beaches and many attractions. You have a 15 minutes walk down to your morning swim in the sea from a cliff, jetty or beach. Afterwards you may sit down and enjoy breakfast on the newly built balcony while taking in the beautiful views. Watching the sea is like observing a beautiful painting, spectacular regardless of the weather. In the evening you can follow the sun as it sets in the west. Your vacation home located in the countryside on the edge of a nature conservation area with nice hiking trails. There's a good chance to spot both moose and small game passing by. Here you can enjoy both spring, summer and autumn with ease. The owner lives about 30 m from your house and you have your own private and secluded part of the plot. The house maintains a high standard and it is tastefully decorated with lovely material choices. You also get the beautiful view of the sea to go along with the house. The open floor plan combines living room, kitchen and dining area. There's a TV area with a modern family size sofa which can be used as an extra bed, suitable for 2 children. The mezzanine is accessed by stairs and here you'll have a double and a single bed. Freshly tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. 4 km away you'll find shop facilities in Kållekärr and the central town of Skärhamn which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and the well-known Watercolor Museum. You may experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn, such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund. Or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv. The metropolis of Gothenburg with the popular amusement park Liseberg is about 60 km away.
