This is a beautiful property located at 1315 Ariola Drive is a house with unrestricted beach view and access to Pensacola Beach, just steps from driveway! The layout is kitchen, dining, living and Master BR with full bath on the main floor. This bedroom has a king bed. This floor has the screened in porch off the backside of the kitchen and the wrap around huge gulf front deck with propane grill and outdoor seating and dining.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and additional screened in porch. The first bedroom is the 'master' bunkroom with ensuite bathroom and gulf views. It has two queen and two twins so it sleeps 6. The next bedroom has a king bed and shares the hallway full bathroom and has gulf views. The 4th bedroom is another bunk room with a queen platform bed and two twin built in bunks!

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was perfect for our family of 12. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone without feeling crowded. The location was outstanding with just a small street to cross to get to the beach access. We came in Oct and enjoyed beautiful weather every day. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Amazing Place with Beautiful Views

We loved staying here. There was a lot of room and the beds were so comfortable. The views of the beach were incredible. Even though it was cool outside we went and sat by the pool and enjoyed the sunshine. We will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

The house was perfect and right next to the beach. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a bonus and the kids loved it after a long day at the beach. Debi and Bri from Gulf Coast Getaways were amazing and quick to respond back. Will definitely plan our next beach trip here.

Beautiful beach house in wonderful location

Our family of 20 spent a week at this house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is wonderful with easy beach access. The pool was also very popular. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing missing was an ice maker. It wasn't an issue, just needed to stock up on ice regularly.

Cousin's getaway

We are a group of female cousins ages 26 - 86 who have started getting together every year to reconnect. We live in several different states and were not seeing each other except at funerals. This was our second year to get together and we hope the number that attends grows and that we continue to do it each year. This house, location and management company were all great! There were a few small issues, but nothing awful.

The messaging from the Gulf Coast group was nice. We were able to check in on arrival and on time. There was sand toys and one umbrella there. We also brought chairs and umbrellas. The pool was really warm because it has full sun exposure all day. Even at night it felt like a hot tub. The beach was so close to the property and the photos were spot on. Some parts of the house were dated but overall the beds and rooms were perfect for our group. The porch space was additional living space where we ate, played music and got a lot of use out of the rocking chairs in the evening. There was never an issue with hot water or shower space. We noticed an AC issue and reported it. The ac repair team was there within an hour and it took them about an hour to fix it. While they were there they checked all units. No complaints from us! I would recommend bring chairs and a beach wagon.

Perfect beach house

12 adults fit nicely in this home. 22 capacity would be a stretch. Home was clean and nice. 2 refrigerators were great. We found pool and beach toys/ chairs in garage to borrow that was a great help. Down side was landscaping …. There were weeds that had small burrs around pool that stuck in skin and were very painful. - these should be eliminated to prevent people from getting hurt when walking around pool. Also lights around pool would be nice.

Great spot to enjoy the beach with a group

We loved this house! The pool was a lifesaver on hot days - especially with the kids. It's basically like being on the beach, even though you're technically across the street. There are a ton of beds - though some of the bunk beds are so high they are unreasonable. The property manager was very helpful and got us a few things that we requested at the start of our stay. One annoying thing - though they were explicit about it - is that the kitchen has NOTHING in it - not even salt and pepper. Kind of a shame considering that you know this stuff goes to waste every time the renters leave :( That being said, all linens and towels were provided and were nice.

Perfect location

Thus was out second stay at this property. As stated after the first one this location is perfect, steps away from the ocean and wonderful views from the decks. As it was winter we did not ise the pool but it was clean and inviting, all needed appliances and utensils are supplied to make you feel like you are home. We enjoyed our time there as we did the first time, the only two negatives were on the first day the wifi was down but was restored momentarily after reporting it and it was the service provider not the home at fault, the second was there was pet poop and rib bones on the deck and in the yard as well as some spent fireworks leftovers which would indicate these were not cleaned. This we cleared ourselves. Overall it was a great stay and experience, one observation returning just over a year later was that there is visible decline in the property on the exterior especially, and being such a great location and property that was sad to see.

Family Beach Trip

Our family of 17 had a wonderful week in Villa Segunda - there were plenty of beds for everyone and we really appreciated having 5 bathrooms. The den off the kitchen was perfect for those who needed to work during the week. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well as having a pool - no need to bring floats, beach toys, etc. as there were plenty in the garage. We thought the kitchen was very well stocked although we could have used a couple more casserole type dishes and some plastic storage containers. We had to call maintenance and they responded immediately and had the issue resolved within the hour. The two bedrooms in the addition could benefit from fans. We would definitely return!

Great access to the beach. House was comfortable for all 20 of us. Maintenance came right away to solve a toilet issue. Area of improvement: more bath towels for 20 people. Add a colander to the kitchen. doesn't everyone cook pasta at the beach?

If you are looking for a place SUPER close to the beach… THIS. IS. IT!!!!!! Had a great stay and plenty of room for a family of 10 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a large family, which is rare! Whoever wants to wake up with the sun needs to sleep in the master! Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

A perfect getaway!

This property was true to its advertisement. It fit our family perfectly and no one felt overcrowded. The location was amazing with its close beach access. There was not a bad view in any room from this property.
