We had a wonderful stay here and loved this house! The Bonus rooms are small but were perfect for the kids. The views were beautiful and beach access couldn’t be beat! I was surprised at how much beach we had all to ourselves. House is in a great location to restaurants and things to do! The only thing I would recommend fixing is many of the doors to bedrooms and bathrooms did not have locks or even fully close all the way. We hope to come back again soon!!!

Amazing place with amazing views of the Gulf. Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy going. We held a wedding reception in the front and it was amazing!

RENTER BEWARE! We booked this property under the impression that it was a legitimate 7-bedroom home as advertised by the search filters and listing headline. Unfortunately, two of the counted "bedrooms" or “bonus sleeping areas” are highly hazardous and structurally non-compliant interior spaces. To access these two back rooms, you have to walk entirely through another bedroom, go into its closet, and pass through a closet door into a small room. These rooms have no exterior windows, no emergency rescue egress, and no natural light or fresh ventilation.
When we messaged the host regarding the misrepresentation of the bedroom count and requested a partial refund, the host confirmed in writing that the home is a 5-bedroom layout with two "bonus rooms" off the upstairs bedrooms. They defended the listing by stating it was a multi-million dollar property rented at a discount (which it was not), and explicitly offered a tiny 150 refund only if we "agreed no review to be left."Burying a disclaimer deep in the text description while using the site's search filters to falsely claim 7 bedrooms is completely misleading. More importantly, using windowless closet attachments as active sleeping spaces for up to 20 people is an extreme fire trapping hazard. We want to warn future renters, especially those traveling with children, to be aware of the actual layout before booking.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful experience here. The updates to the house were fantastic. You cannot beat the location and the beach. Beds were all very comfortable and clean. We will absolutely be coming back here.

Wonderful house!

This house was incredible. Fully stocked kitchen with thoughtful touches like kids plates and cups, lots of seating in dining and living areas, tons of space for the kids to run around and play, and right on the beach. The back deck had stunning views and comfortable seating. This was a wonderful house to vacation in and we will be back!

This house was even more beautiful in person! The space was clean, comfortable and great for the beach wedding we hosted. The host was responsive and friendly. The location was perfect for some of the best sunrises and sunsets I have ever witnessed.

I reserved this breathtaking house to celebrate my wedding, following our ceremony at a Catholic Church! The owner graciously let us host the festivities here, complete with cake and champagne. The views were absolutely stunning, and every guest raved about the gorgeous house and how perfectly magical the celebration turned out. I couldn’t have dreamed of a more ideal spot for such a flawless day! A huge thank-you to Leah for making it all happen!

Just what I needed

This is a beautiful property, thoughtfully designed in a setting that few others can match. There are plenty of activities in and around Navarre, but just being in this home , steps from the beach on a private walkway, is a vacation all by itself. I hope I get the opportunity to return very soon!
