- The swim spa is serviced every Wednesday by a professional company. They may be present during your stay .Please note the swim spa takes approximately 2-6 hours to reach the desired temperature for guests who have opted for spa heating
- A golf cart rental may be available (shared with the nearby listing). Please reach out to the Guest Contact in advance if you would like to reserve it
- There is an optional swim spa heat fee of $35/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The swim spa can be heated to 106 degrees, but can also be enjoyed without heating

Sibling Reunion

I thought the house was nice and large enough for all of my siblings to have a great get together. The elevator was a very welcome amenity and was used a lot. There were some smaller issues that did not keep us from having a nice family get together and there was enough space for all. Overall the house was clean it was in a good location and reasonably priced for the area.

We had an incredible time in this fantastic home. We spent our Thanksgiving there and were able to make a beautiful dinner in the very well-appointed kitchen which included a double oven. We had 11 adults including one person with a disability so the elevator was a wonderful convenience. It was a lovely place to spend the holiday. The hosts were extremely gracious and responsive to our every need. Five stars and I would happily stay here again.

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation!A short walk to the public beach access and in a quiet area. The elevator made accessibly for my disabled husband easy.Contact with the renter’s was easy and always quick to respond. The house was very well equipped and my family throughly enjoyed our stay. Family Time

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. Property has an excellent view of the ocean and is a 5 minute walk from the swim beach. We all enjoyed crab hunting together at night and eating sea food at a local restaurant.

This house is in a great location, a two minute walk and you're at the beach! I have to start off by saying that I talked with the owner about the issues below and he had no clue about the condition of his house. It's used strictly as a vacation rental and he doesn't get to see the house often. There were several issues regarding cleanliness and plumbing. He did offer to get us a plumber but due to the schedule of my son's wedding, the time never worked out. We are a family of handy men and were able to fix the issues.The clean company needs to be fired or put on notice that they have no idea how to clean. If all these issues are resolved then it is a great place to stay!

Great location, nice house, not clean

Originally booked the house in a hurry due to a family memorial. Ran into a family issue and attempted to cancel in less than 24 hours after booking and couldn’t (unfortunately booked in 14 day cancellation period). We booked for later dates since we couldn’t cancel. The check-in process was easy. The house layout was spacious and comfortably fit 7 of us. Location is pretty; there is a water view between two other houses. The house was not clean. The floors were very dirty, towels were stained, dishes were not clean, and the showers had mold on the floor. We bought Clorox to clean the shower floors. A lot of the chairs were broken and wobbly. The couch and cloth chairs desperately need to be cleaned.

The golf cart was an added expense, but it was a nice addition! We loved the beach! It is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, breezy and BEAUTIFUL! The contact for the house was quick to answer! He was very pleasant and understanding with our many questions!
