Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and plenty of space. Large enough for everyone to have their own personal space to include the dog. The dock was perfect for some fishing and the location on the sound was great for the windy days when beach was too rough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Isla Mia is a great rental. Gorgeous views and quiet street. We had 2 families and grandparents along and everyone slept great. One small issue got resolved very quickly by Paradise Beach Homes. The only complaints would be more trash cans and less air fresheners, neither of which would stop us from renting here again.

We absolutely loved the house. It had the right amount of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our whole family. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the beach area and fishing dock. We had a shortdrive for lots of beach accesses . We had a wonderful time

The house had a great location and was beautiful. The company taking calls was very responsive. However, the inside was run down and you can tell it is minimally cleaned. The trash area outside smelled horrible and we saw rats and cockroaches. I just expected more from the cleanliness and quality of decor, fixtures, and flooring for the price. A lot of things need fixed, updated, or cleaned. The dock was very nice and the fishing was good there. Overall rating 3/5.
