Depending on how energetic you’re feeling, you can stroll along the coastal promenade all the way to Puerto Banus or simply hang out at any of the beach bars or restaurants along the way.
The sleek stylish interiors make for a light and airy aesthetic, and complement the chilled-out atmosphere of the outdoors – where a lot of lazing on sun loungers goes on.
Formal relaxation can be found in the spacious living & dining room with its large comfy sofa and armchair. You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the high-end kitchen, where the dining nook nestled by the window offers a cosy spot for morning coffee rituals and ensures the chef always has someone to chat with nearby. You can find in the kitchen a traditional filter coffee machine and a pods coffee machine.
When you decide to move outside, grab a bottle of something chilled and head out to the undercover porch to enjoy a lazy day relaxing or soaking up the sun. Or if the mood takes, you walk a few steps through the garden and cool off in the sparkling communal pool. Naturally there is air con throughout, Wi-Fi and IPTV. And, parking is not a problem as you have a private car space with lift access.
The upscale las Adelfas complex is built in Andalusian white-village style and features landscaped gardens with 2 swimming pools with shallow ends. The location is spot on. The main entrance gate opens straight onto the tree lined promenade giving immediate access to loads of eateries and beach bars.
Pool/pool area opening times: From around Easter Holy Week to end of June: 1 pool is open. July - August: 2 pools are open. September to around end of October: 1 pool is open. Between October and Easter no pool is open. Times may vary depending on weather.

The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.
LOCATION
San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.
Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.
Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.
For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

From start to finish, the holiday rental was amazing.
The accommodation was as described with great kitchen appliances and crockery etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location near the pool. Easily walkable into San Pedro and the beach offering a large number of restaurants and bars to choose from. Would definitely recommend this host and apartment.

Our stay at Las Adelfas, 30, in San Pedro on the Sunshine Coast was everything we hoped it would be, apart from the weather. The property was immaculate within and perfectly groomed on the outside, making “Garden Apartment” more than a marketing device. The kitchen had everything a home needs, from a Bosch stovetop and microwave to toasters, coffee mill and maker, to a full refrigerator plus separate freezer. The same was true of every room, from the dining area to the spacious living room, to the three bedrooms (one more than advertised, including bunk beds for younger children), and 2 bathrooms.Outdoors was furnished with the same attention to detail, with seating for five on the veranda, a table for six in outdoor dining, and tanning beds (not recommended for use in January, not even for Canadians).The property, which is just across the street from the beach, offers easy access even for wheelchairs to outdoor bars and restaurants for nearly a kilometre along a “boardwalk” that the Romans with their ceramic tiles would have envied.Our arrival was clouded by a series of missed airline connections that left us a day late and luggage less. But at every step we were guided by online communications from head office, and let in to the property well after dark by “Vilma” who had left milk and juice in the refrigerator for our breakfast, and showed up early the next morning with rubber bath mats to make showering safer for my disabled wife. We loved our temp “garden of eden. “

Oh for a Pool that's open !
excellent accommodation and location
massive disappointment at lack of swimming pool in front of flat, also the other pool was not open till 11am each day which was very poor. Not being informed of the swimming pool situation in advance was also poor.

However as mentioned to you during your stay, in every Las Adelfas advert we mention that from September there will only be one pool open. The opening and closing hours of the pools are dictated by the administration of the community and are out of our control. The subject of pools is also covered in our terms and conditions. We are glad that despite your pool disappointment you loved the apartment and the location.

A short sunny break
We thought the apartment was excellent and the beds comfortable. The air con was quiet and effective. It was very well equipped. We have booked again!
A small table in the kitchen corner area would be a big improvement on the rather useless coffee table which is difficult to sit and eat at. Otherwise it would be difficult to improve much as it was generally excellent in all areas .

Lovely apartment that made us feel at home.
Beautiful views, tasteful interior and the feeling of being in a warm, lovely home (away from home). Location near the beach is perfect and good amount of restaurants 10-15 min walk away. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive and made it feel very ‘safe’ and smooth throughout and before the whole stay. Really good location and home for a little baby also (and would be for slightly older kids). The hosts provided a cot, high chair and I also separately rented other kids-stuff so fully kitted for the little one :) We would absolutely love to stay here again and hope to do so in the future! Thank you!
Unfortunately building works next door and pool not possible to use due to draught but we appreciate this is out of the hosts control.

Leuke vakantie gehad en een mooie locatie.
Ons verblijf was heel Leuk ondanks dat we niet in het zwembad mochten zwembad ivm maatregelen van de overheid. Wel heb elke een auto nodig om activiteiten en andere strandjes te bezoeken.

Une location à l'image de lu lieux...
La location était très bien située, infrastructure de la résidence au top, un équipement encore rarement trouvé dans des locations, la décoration très chic, un chauffage qui fonctionnait très bien vu la fraîcheur des nuits , un service de gestion locatif encore très rare à trouver avec une grande confiance et une disponibilité.
Petites difficultés pour ouvrir la porte du garage, le lave vaisselle ne rince plus correctement et le volet de la plus petite chambre ne descend plus tout seul.

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous apartment on the wonderful Las Adelfas complex at the end of the school holidays. We were thoroughly impressed by the standard of accommodation- the appliances are of high quality, in good condition and stylish. The same for the furniture and soft furnishings- in our opinion above and beyond a holiday let. It felt like a home away from home in terms of attention to detail- i.e. an abundance of glasses and serving dishes, plenty of space to air laundry, plenty of storage space for clothes and extras to prevent clutter.
As a family of 6 we enjoyed the feeling of space which we were not expecting - the children were able to go and play (with the toys that had kindly been left available) during the midday sun whilst we could enjoy the peaceful and private terrace. Loved it so much we are already booking it again which is something we never do…
Thanks to Colleen and Thomas who made a stressful Covid trip become stress free. Flexible with check in/ check out times and available immediately when we encountered any small issueshad any questions. We felt looked after and prioritised which is all we could have asked for.

Wonderful and Charming
We stayed for 7 nights (3 adults and 2 small children) and it was all about being comfortable surrounded by charm, ellegance and cozyness.
The appartment has everything you need and even more (they leave you soap for dishes and many other details which you dont usually find).
Location wise it is very calm but yet very close to the beach and some restaurants at the promenade. The beach of San Pedro is not the best one in the area due to the stones but you have others walking distance.
You can walk until other restaurants in the main avenue and to the center of San Pedro or drive which will take you less then 5 min.
We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was not possible because it was booked already.
The only minus of this appartment is the sun exposure which makes it a bit dark during the day, however you dont have that issue in the terrace and little garden where it shines almost all day.
It was really a wonderful surprise.

The glass door of the shower needs to be repaired. If one is not careful it might break.
We payed for the baby crib but it was not prepared and there were not sheets (the crib was dismounted inside the closet...same to the baby high chair).
Just small details i guess.
The checkout time is too early. Earlier then a hotel..and specially for families with kids.

We are sorry the travel cot and high chair, which were included in your rate and not charged as an extra, weren't prepared but if you had reminded the team member doing the check in, they would have been able to prepare it for you before they left. The check out time of 10:00hrs maybe a bit early for some but it is necessary for our cleaning team that deals with a high number of properties each day spread around the area. It is mentioned about 2 times on each advert, 1 time on the booking page, once on our terms and conditions page and via email before booking it is mentioned once or twice. So by the time the booking is confirmed it should not come as a surprise. When it is possible to extend check out time we always offer it, it is just unfortunate that it was not possible for you this time. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay in Las Adelfas and look forward to welcoming you back.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, so clean and has everything in it.
Pool so close and also lovely. Take a Break Rentals replied quickly and attended all needs. Loads of restaurants near and Big supermarket down the road. Would definitely stay here again
