Prime location: 1 bedroom apartment, an easy 20 minutes walk to the marina and in Old Village neighborhood. Pinhal Golf Course is only 10 minutes walking.

The light and airy 1 bedroom air conditioned apartment enjoys a good location and lovely balcony. Kitchenette, one bathroom, large lounge-diner and balcony. Being on the1st floor, this is one of the best located apartments, only 20 minutes walk to the Marina and beaches. The nearest Supermarket is only a 7 minutes walk away.

Kitchenette: oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms: Lounge, balcony, sofa-bed, LCD, cable tv.

Bedroom: double bed, air conditioning.
