This home is clean and modern. I like to stay in this ground floor apartment. Nice view to the pool area from large balcany. There is no ACelectric heating in this unit.

Disappointing

The property itself is a comfortable one bed flat with a large bed.The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom adequate. Parking adjacent to flat. BUT - we arrived to find that there was no WiFi (something very important to me for business and family) as it is connected by sim card that was not operating but replaced 3 days later. The speed and bandwidth was terrible and often cut out.The property is advertised as having English TV but this is from a satellite connection that requires a password, when I asked the agents for this they told me that the flat only comes with 3 Portuguese channels! Very frustrating A good stay but as I said frustrating if you need the internet or a TV connection.

Autumn sunshine

This apartment met our expectations. It was very clean and spacious enough for our family. Greatly appreciated the welcome pack including water and biscuits as we hadn't stopped at a shop on the way. I particularly liked the cleaning supplies of washing pods and dishwasher tablets making that one less thing to think about! Only critism was that our little garden wasn't enclosed so we couldn't have the slide doors open if our attention was on something else. We did have an issue with the WiFi but it was addressed immediately. Very quick response which was greatly appreciated. Every utensil and cooking appliance you would require. Walking distance to marina, beach, shop.....just perfect. Very impressed and would look to return for another week away!!

Fantastic place.

Fantastic place. Great location and great amenities. It was always really quiet. The communication was brilliant as well. Overall we had a great stay. Great that there is a dishwasher but providing 12 dishwasher tablets would be really helpful so someone doesn’t have to buy a whole pack for a short stay

This was perfect for my family

We arrived at 9pm at the apartment, it was easy to find and straightforward instructions were given to get into the property. The property consists of a large double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. This was perfect for my family. There is a recently refurbished kitchen area with a fantastic variety of kitchen accessories. There is no air con, but there were 2 large fans which helped with air circulation, we found keeping the window shutters closed kept the place cool enough. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The patio and pool area are excellently maintained, with a view from the living area onto the pool.it was perfect. The spar supermarket is 10-15 mins walk away. The marina and beach is 15-20 mins walk. The prices in the marina reflect the waterfront location, so it's worth using trip advisor to get recommendations within the centre which are more reasonable. A perfect 4 day break with 2 teenagers There is Wi-Fi, but it's not terribly strong

Nice place

Nice place, well kept gardens and pool. Short walk to restaurants, good base to tour Algarve Good location as described a 10-20 minute walk to harbour. Disappointed there wasn’t a old part of Vilamoura very modern, but very nice. Hired a car which we dropped off at airport no need for a taxi. Mattress protector would have been nice and better Quality of bed sheet As advertised Antonia didn’t respond after 2 messages via Air B&B. This property is let via a letting agency which isn’t clear on the description makes you think it’s Antonia apartment which it is privately owned but not it appears by Antonia Would have been nice to have some details of local area, recommendations of restaurants where to visit, local markets etc. I know we can google but nice to read too.

This is a wonderful place to stay in!

This is a wonderful place to stay in! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood where you can unwind after spending the day in the touristy area. The swimming pool, beautiful trees and landscaping provided for a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment has easy access to the pool which is very useful when you travel with kids. What we enjoyed most is the proximity to the Old Village. This is a very beautiful area by the golf courses and is 10 minutes walking from the apartment (this is a must see!). The place is very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dishes, etc.

We had a really lovely stay

The apt. is about a 10 minute walk from the marina which is very convenient. The beach walkable within 20 minutes. Lovely and clean with a cleaning service midweek too. It has a lovely little garden, with sun in the afternoon and the communal pool was just over the hedge. The bed was super comfy and big! We had our 8 month old who we squeezed in a travel cot (next to the bed). Great to have the kitchen facilities too. I would definitely stay again! when seashell changed our sheets on the bed, they put the wrong size on so it was too small and kept coming off the mattress which was very annoying to sleep with. Maybe it would be useful to leave some spare sheets and a cleaning spray so that guests can clean throughout their stay It would have been really useful to have been sent the number of the apartment within the complex. It was late and dark when we arrived and we were not sure how exact the dropped pin was. The security guard helped us out
