This is a newly built villa in a modern style, with views over Pinhal golf course. Vilamoura marina & beach are a few minutes away.

This is a stylish villa in a quiet cul de sac. There are four comfortable bedrooms (three twins and one double) all with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the three on the first floor all have small balconies. There is an elegant living/dining area with french doors that open onto the garden/pool area and a covered terrace; perfect for alfresco dining and barbecues in the sunshine.

This villa would make a great villa for a family holiday with plenty to keep everyone entertained. There is WiFi and the property has air conditioning (at €150 extra per week, on request). The marina, Falesia beach and shops are all close by in Vilamoura for days and evenings out (about 2 kms from the property).Why not try trendy ‘Bar Sete’, co-owned by footballer Luis Figo on the waters edge, a spot of cabaret at the casino and then onto the Algarves biggest nightclub (15 minutes away outside the village of Maritenda)?

If you like fun packed days out, there are 4x4 adventures through the countryside plus a variety of watersports including parasailing, wakeboarding and waterskiing. Yacht charters are also possible. Cultural days out include day trips to Seville (why not hop over the border and explore this Spanish gem), or Lagos and Sagres (see where Henry the Navigator sailed from, clifftop fortresses and the museum of Santo Antonio.)
