I stayed here for two nights while attending a conference at the Gaylord Texan, and the location couldn't have been better. The property is really close to the resort, which made early sessions and evening events easy. It backs right up to Lake Grapevine, so it was peaceful and a welcome break after long days on the convention floor. The space was comfortable for a business traveler. Highly recommend for anyone attending an event at the Gaylord.

Property was as advertised. Clean and close to many Dallas locations. I would book this again if in the area. Bed, bathroom and kitchen areas were modern and comfortable. I did not get to enjoy the outside because of rain.

We loved this property! It was clean and had a lovely view. We walked to the lake , flew kites at Katie Woods and had our grandson’s family over for dinner . The kids had never flown kites or had s’mores! Great memories were made and we hope to come back.

Wonderful cottage!

I stayed at the cottage, and it was a perfect place for me to relax and spend a bit of time with family in the area. The owner was also very responsive to my questions. Will stay again!

Perfect Location!

We loved the area and the little house. We found a bar that we will now call our “spot” and will definitely be making a trip back.
