This spacious and large villa in Quinta do Lago has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people. It is beautifully furnished, modern and has more than 450 m² of living space.
The property is located just 1 km from Ancao Beach which is sandy and has 2 great beach bars, open for breakfast lunch and dinner. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood which is surrounded by the Ria Formosa Nature Park.
The accommodation has a beautiful, well maintained and fully stocked garden, private swimming pool (heated on request at €250 per stay), large terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue
In addition the house has internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout, balcony from each of the first floor bedrooms, secure outdoor parking and a television. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and wine fridge.
The property also has a basement where you will find a small utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. In the garage there is a games area with table tennis and table football.
The viila is located 3 km from Quinta do Lago shops, 3 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the golf courses and 18 km from Faro airport.

Desilusão
A casa é antiga, precisa de obras, não tem mobiliário de estar de exterior confortável, imensas formigas durante a estadia. Toalhas de piscina e de banho demasiado pequenas e de fraca qualidade. Desapareceu-me um fio de ouro caríssimo e sei que foi na casa, nunca o usei fora de casa.
