15-person gîte - sauna - billiards

At 1325 m above sea level in a small typical mountain village, characterful wooden, stone and stone slate cottage, renovated and very spacious (250 m² with 1000 m² of land) that can accommodate up to 15 people. Facing south with breathtaking views of the mountains. Orelle-Val Thorens 10 km (10 min), Valfréjus (13 km), La Norma (13 km), Aussois (16 km), Val Cenis (26 km). At the foot of the Vanoise National Park. Sauna, billiards, table football ... Ideal for families and large groups!

3 floors + 1 very large unfenced garden:

On the ground floor:
- Large vaulted living room (former stable) including bar, large fireplace, billiards and living-dining room (large table allowing everyone to eat together)
- TV lounge with fireplace, table football, multiple board games for adults and children, DVD
- Large new fully equipped kitchen
- 1 bathroom (shower)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 laundry room with dryer, washing machine and all the equipment for your raclettes, fondues…
- Garden of 1000 m² with terrace and barbecue.

On the floors:
- 4 bedrooms (3 large, one with mezzanine and one in alcove not closed by a door: screen only)
- 1 small library (IGN maps, mountain books, guides, novels, children's books, comics)
- 1 large renovated bathroom (bath) + 3-seater sauna

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 baby bed (cot, you can change it). On the mezzanine: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds + 1 bunk bed + 1 extra mattress + 1 large fireside chair
- Bedroom 4 (alcove): 1 double bed
3 sofa beds in the living rooms.

All the equipment for babies and young children is available: high chairs, bathtub, changing mat, potty, cot, deckchair, but also toys and games, books, baby backpack ... on request: booster for young children (but without structure).

Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Either you bring your sheets / duvets or we can rent them for you. The rental includes the duvet cover, the fitted sheet and the pillowcase (10-12 € per bed).

Nearby in winter: Orelle-Val Thorens ski resorts (3 Vallées area): cable car 10 minutes by car; Valfréjus, La Norma or Aussois (20 min by car).
In summer: Vanoise Park: hiking; Mountain biking, cycling, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding etc ...
And Italy only a few km away!

10 min away: butcher, bakeries, cheese dairy, ski / bike rental etc ...

NB: No shopping here, nightclub ... Nature, wide open spaces, sport, relaxation, family, friends ... ;-)
