Located at the entrance to Noiray (Alt 1030 m), a small, quiet hamlet, 'La Vieille Grange' has been completely renovated on 2 levels, in the Savoyard style, stones, exposed beams and wood. Spacious and warm, combining warmth and authenticity with charm and simplicity, it is ready to accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

Outside, you can park in the 2 parking spaces and enjoy the terrace and its 160 m² garden.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, a separate toilet, a bedroom with bathroom included, a lounge area with 2 sofas including a convertible, a large table for dining and a kitchen equipped to prepare your future meals in family or friends.

Upstairs, you will find 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a laundry room with all its equipment and a reading corner with a view of the valley.

In the basement, you can store all your ski equipment or your bikes,

Concerning the bedding, sheets are not provided, so it is obligatory to bring for each bedding used, a mattress cover, a bolster cover, pillow covers, a protective cover for each of the duvets provided, as well as a sheet for the convertible sofa.

Kitchen linen and towels are not provided.

To reach 'La Vieille Grange', you will need to take the A43 motorway from Lyon, Chambéry or Grenoble towards Turin/Milan and take exit No. 29 - Saint Michel de Maurienne. Continue on the D 1006 towards Modane for 6 km to arrive at Orelle and go to the entrance to the hamlet of Noiray.

In winter and thanks to the 'Les 3 Vallées Express' cable car, whose departure is 1.2 km from the rental, you can connect the largest ski area in the world in 15 minutes. 'The 3 Valleys' (Val Thorens, Les Ménuires and Courchevel) represent more than 600 km of slopes and more than 200 ski lifts. Access to the Gondola is by car.

An 'ESF Orelle' ski school is present at the start of the 'Les 3 Vallées Express' gondola.

Many other ski resorts are accessible by car within a 30 km radius. La Toussuire, les Karellis, Valloire, Valmenier, Valfréjus, la Norma or Aussois.

In summer and thanks to its geographical positioning, 'La Vieille Grange' will allow cyclists to be a fabulous starting point for many renowned races. You will be close to some of the most beautiful mythical passes in the Alps. The Galibier, the Mont Cenis, the Iseran, the Glandon, the Croix de Fer, the Madeleine, the Lautaret..., great passes for cycling or motorbike enthusiasts.
At the gates of the 'Vanoise National Park' and the 'Haute Maurienne', you can also take numerous hikes through the mountains, to visit more than 20 high altitude refuges, most of which are more than 2000 m altitude.
It's a whole mountain region that you can discover through its wildlife, its mountain bike trails, its Via Ferrata, its fishing in rivers, torrents or high altitude lakes (Bissorte, Plan d'Amont), its swimming in the mountains. water (monitored in July and August). its Esseillon barrier (5 Forts), its museums...or even the visit to Turin and its market in Italy, via the Mont-Cenis pass or the Fréjus tunnel.

In the event of an emergency, the hospital is located in Saint Jean de Maurienne.
