Detached chalet on the slopes and near the village, for winter sports & summer holidays

Description
At 1350 meters altitude our chalet nr. 7 is right on the slopes.
It is a detached chalet, completely renovated in 2016.
2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 box springs, 1 with 2 box springs and 1 bunk bed. Separate w. c, bathroom with spacious shower (90cm).
Our chalet can accommodate up to 6 people and is 54m2.
In the village, within walking distance, there are several restaurants, a supermarket and shops.

Winter sports: 65 km of piste, 40 km unprepared, ski pass valid in 3 ski areas: Aussois, Val Fréjus and Termignon. A 15-minute drive from Les Trois Vallées, via Val Thorens. Relatively cheap ski passes. There is a free shuttle bus.

Summer holidays: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, children's activities in high season.
Beautiful nature for walkers. Parc national de la Vanoise is nearby.
Within walking distance of the chalet o. A. Tennis courts, swimming pool, fishing pond. Climbing park at 5 minutes drive.
Via tunnel de Fréjus in 1.5 hours to the beautiful city of Turin.

Vacances passées en juillet 2024. Logement très bien équipé, moderne, agréable, propre. Idéal pour une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants. Très bien situé, proche à pieds de la station et des diverses activités. Très calme. Gérant à proximité très sympathique.

Logement parfait au pied des pistes

Mes amis et moi-même avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit chalet très bien équipé. Son emplacement à 30 secondes à pied des pistes de ski est tout simplement génial pour nous qui sommes habitués à faire 1h de route pour aller skier à la journée. La propriétaire et le gestionnaire ont tous les deux étaient très accommodants et à l'écoute de nos questions. La Norma est une super station de ski, avec des forfaits abordables et pas de fréquentation excessive. J'espère y retourner un jour!

Séjour agréable en altitude

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines de vacances dans ce petit chalet au cœur de la Maurienne. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien reçu par la personne qui s'occupe de l'arrivée, un gentil monsieur toujours agréable et poli. Il y a pas mal de chose à faire sur place à la station (restaurant, boulangerie, supérette, magasins de sport, luge 4 saisons, départ de randonnée,...) et aux alentours, nous avons fait de super randonnée au départ des refuges. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans ce bel endroit ! Seul petit point négatif :les livres, jeux et TV uniquement en néerlandais.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 4 dans le chalet. Idéalement situé à proximité directe des pistes et du village (restaurants, commerce), tout en restant calme. Très agréable en été.

Vacance ski en famille - hiver 2022

Situation parfaite en bord de piste, Accès au centre de la norma tres rapide, stationnement facile devant le chalet. Beaucoup d’avantage pour passer un séjour a la montagne. Le chalet est propre et agreable a vivre.
