NEW FROM THE WINTER SEASON 2017 THE END OF STAY CLEANING IS INCLUDED
Apartment of 33 m2 completely renovated in autumn 2015. It is located in a quiet area in the heart of the resort with direct access to the ski lifts ..
It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso + filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette) and a sitting area with a sofa bed tilting of 160 x 200, plenty of storage, a LED FULL HD TV 105 cm and BLUE RAY DVD player.

An alcove, separated from the main room by a door with brick partition with 2 bunk beds (90 X 200). The toilets are separate. The shower room consists of a vanity, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.

One bedroom cabin with plenty of storage space that is closed by a door with brick partition. The bed is 160x200.

you have a ski locker in the residence.

Access to the slopes is 50 meters away

The residence is located near shops for food (Sherpa hub and market)

Modern, warm, well equipped apartment. Thierry the host was super responsive and helpful. It's a small apartment for the number of people we had, but was therefore affordable and very well located, with everything you could need within a 5 minute walk, and only across the road to the pistes. A good stay.

Great apartment and host!

Wonderful apartment for 4 of us for a week of skiing. The location was perfect. The layout was thoughtful and could have accommodated 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped. Thierry was very responsive and helpful!

Very responsive owner. Location very convenient for skiing, shopping and restaurants, although not literally ski in-ski out - you need to cross the road and then you are ready to go. Very clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. We’d arrange the delivery of bedlinen to the apartment and leave the keys in the wall safe if we were the hosts - we had to walk to the agency to collect all this after tiring journey to the resort. The room layout is a bit weird - the double bed is placed directly opposite the front door, and the bunk bed is just a meter away from the toilet. Finally, make sure you leave the door keys in the wall safe by the front door - we lost our spare set and the replacement costed us 160. Never leave your stuff unattended in the ski locker rooms unless locked in cubicles - our bag disappeared after we left it for an hour unsupervised.

Great Easter ski base!

Thierry’s comms was excellent from the start to the end. The apartment is not huge, but is nicely furnished and has everything needed for a week’s stay, including full kitchen facilities (but bring your own loo roll, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid). There were three of us and we had choice of two double beds and a double bunk. The reclining bed is very comfy. Nice and close to the slopes, and to the Caron bar/shopping area. We’d definitely stay here again - was good value.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. Se echaban de menos, sin embargo, lugares para colgar cosas. Al final es un apartamento de ski y a la vuelta de esquiar hay muchísimas ropa que colgar. El apartamento ganaría mucho añadiendo ganchos para colgar ropa etc (por ejemplo en el salon). Por otro lado el proceso de recogida de las llaves fue horrible. La agencia gestionó extremadamente mal la recogida de las llaves y estuvimos a punto de quedarnos la primera noche sin dormir.

Super appartement au centre de la station

Tout était parfait, de la réservation à la communication avec l’hôte, en passant par l’appartement et son emplacement en plein centre de la station et à 2 pas des pistes. On s’est régalé et on espère pouvoir revenir l’année prochaine !Encore merci.

Parfait pour un séjour au ski

Nous venons de passer une semaine incroyable dans ce logement, et nous ne pourrions pas être plus satisfaits ! L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal, à quelques pas des pistes de ski, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre temps sur les skis. L'appartement était spacieux, plutôt propre et extrêmement bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon avec sa vue sur les montagnes.Le propriétaire était très accueillants et disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Il a vraiment pensé à tout pour rendre notre séjour confortable et agréable.Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche une escapade au ski. Nous avons hâte de revenir!!!

Appartement en bon état

L’appartement est très joli, pratique et fonctionnel ( manque un peu de rangement pour 6 personnes ), nous étions à 4 donc nous avons réussi à nous débrouiller . En ce qui concerne l’emplacement il est a proximité d’absolument tout . L’appartement est très beau en passant de la cuisine au sanitaire jusque sur le balcon. ( manque peut-être une petite isolation de la porte d’entrée, bruit provenant du couloir des communs ).En ce qui concerne l’agence, des personne très agréable, qui nous ont même fait profiter d’une offre sur un parking privé ( compliqué à val Thorens ) .
