About this property

Studio Cabin 25m² at the foot of the slopes

25 m² studio with sleeping alcove, fully renovated in 2021, located in the very quiet and well‑maintained “Olympic” residence. Caretaker on-site. Ideally situated at the foot of the ski slopes and very close to shops (Péclet Gallery 200 m away).
The studio includes a sleeping alcove with bunk beds (80×190 cm) and a pull‑out bed (70×190 cm). Mattress protectors, pillows, and a 140×190 duvet are provided. Storage shelves are also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit with storage, a shower, a heated towel rail, and a washer‑dryer. A hair dryer is available.
Separate toilet.
The main living area includes a dining space with a bench, table, and chairs, as well as a RAPIDO‑style sofa bed 140×190 cm (replaced in July 2024!!) with mattress protector, pillows, and a 200×200 duvet. A TV and some board games are available.
There is plenty of storage space in the hallway. The kitchen extension is fully equipped: fridge, traditional oven, induction hob, extractor hood, 6‑place dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, TASSIMO coffee machine, raclette machine, and electric crepe maker.
The entire apartment has been renovated with high‑quality materials. All bedding, duvets, and pillows are brand new.
Ironing board and iron available. Vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop bucket also provided. New joinery with electric roller shutters. Several USB outlets.
Ski lockers and boot lockers available.
Pets are not allowed.
Non‑smoking rental. Smoke detector installed.
Parking is not permitted in front of the residence. Remember to reserve a space in parking P0 or P1, not included in the rental (https://valthoparc.fr/).
Bed linen and towel kit available on request (additional €20 per person per stay).
Cleaning not included — optional cleaning service available (€65).

The apartment has a great location with direct access to the slope and with a nice place to keep the skies and boots. It is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores and ski rental. Also the bus station is 50m away.The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed.The host was very responsive on the few things we needed help.

The apartment was small but really nice with a lot of storage space. We also really liked the kitchen inventory, they had everything we needed. The location was great, you can start skiing right in front of the building. Overall we had a great stay and everything went smoothly.

Fantastic flat

Had a great stay. Modern, functional, clean, with all the appliances you could need. Really central, with very easy access to the slopes to ski in and ski out. Three things to be aware of: 1. There is no WiFi in the room, so you need to go to the building foyer where it isn't great which can be a bit of a headache. 2. It is a ground floor flat that looks onto the road. There are excellent electronic shutters, but it isn't 'private' when the shutters are open. 3. Bedsheets and towels are a further 16 euros per person, so better to bring your own if you prefer not to have this cost. None of these would put us off staying again, it really is a lovely flat in a great location.

Very good overall.

Small but as advertised (25 sq m) apartment, very nicely furnished with good equipment. Beware you have to bring bed linen or rent for 70/week. Two ring hob was a bit challenging as was the oven in terms of height and controls. No wifi in apartment, supposed to be in lobby but not there either. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was that one of the bedsheets came stained. Not good. Host was immediately contactable at all times through the app but no one on site all week as far as we could see. However as the host came back to us with any information this wasn’t really a problem for us. Note you would need to be able to be confident on a blue slope (pretty much a red in other resorts we have done) to ski in and out of the property.

I had a very pleasant stay. The host was quick to communicate and helped resolve everything in a timely manner, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and its convenient access to the slopes was a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. Merveilleux séjour à Val Thorens

Studio suréquipé, très bien agencé et pensé, décoré avec goûts. Emplacement au top, au pied des pistes et un peu excentré du tumulte de la vie nocturne. La communication avec Benoit a été parfaite. Cependant, un petit bémol au niveau du ménage qui n’est pas impeccable, le service draps et serviettes n’est pas de qualité et n’est pas adapté à la literie du studio (pas de housse de couette). Une box wifi aurait été la bienvenue car le réseau n’est pas optimal. Ces petits désagréments ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement confortable. Je recommande.

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und in einem top Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ski-in und Ski-out direkt an der Piste. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Perfekte Übernachtung direkt an der Skipiste

Wir haben 7 Nächte in diesem Appartment gebucht, welches direkt an der Skipiste liegt. Man geht aus dem Skikeller 3 Stufen die Treppe hinunter und kann direkt losfahren. Für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind war die Größe völlig ausreichend. Das Appartment ist vollständig ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. An Sauberkeit hat es ebenfalls nirgendwo gemangelt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Emplacement idéal

Cet appartement est idéalement situé : au pied des pistes est à 5min de tous les commerces. Très bien agencé il ne manque de rien. Effectivement le convertible du salon n’est pas confortable du tout. Nous avons trouvé une astuce : nous avons mis le matelas au sol pour dormir. Mis à part ce petit inconvénient nous recommandons ce logement. La communication avec le propriétaire est au top : il répond très rapidement et est très gentil. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances comme on les aime.

WOW ! Malgré la taille de l’appartement, ll s’est avéré être extrêmement bien agencé avec un espace super optimisé ! Des rangements et prises partout, tout le nécessaire (vraiment tout!) pour faire la cuisine (dernier cri), meublé et décorés au goût du jour, des jeux de société, fenêtres doubles (donc aucun bruit) avec une vue sur les montagnes et un emplacement aux pieds des pistes ! La résidence est calme et très bien localisée, à 100 mètres des commerces, bars et restaurants. Honnêtement, il ne manque rien, le séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé, la communication a été facile dès la réservation effectuée. J’ai loué de nombreux appartements dans la station et, il est de loin, le plus comfortable et agréable. Que ce soit en couple ou entre amis, j’y reviendrai !

Parfait, petit studio pour une semaine de ski. L'appartement est bien équipé et le double vitrage et volets roulants sont très appréciables. Nous n'avons pas entendu la rue. L'emplacement au calme mais au pied des pistes est top. Seul petit bémol le matelas du convertible qui pourrait être plus confortable.

Superbe studio au pied des pistes

Ce studio est parfaitement situé, dans une résidence et un quartier assez calmes, au pied de la piste de slalom. Le studio a été rénové très récemment, tout est fonctionnel et correspond à la description, il n’y aucune mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée. Je conseille vivement ce logement. Enfin, le propriétaire s’est montré très disponible pour répondre aux questions que j’ai pu lui poser lors de la réservation. Bref, je recommande.

Un séjour presque parfait 😉

Appartement très bien rénové ou tout est bien pensé et optimisé. Au pied des pistes, quel plaisir. Il ne manque rien en terme d'équipements. Un point d'amélioration possible serait le remplacement du canapé lit qui n'est pas des plus agréable comme lit. Merci encore pour ce séjour et votre rapidité à répondre à toutes bos questions.
