Great location and well supplied apartment

This is a great place to stay if you like to cook at home and enjoy great local food. Clean apartment and is very honest to what is advertised. Would stay here again.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay at this appartment, we were with 5 friends and this was very cosy in this appartment but everything is very well designed so everybody fits. I do recommend this appartment, especially for this price, but keep in mind that it is very small and there is little to no privacy.

Brilliant location and cosy apartment

Great little apartment with all the amenities you need. Good location for going into town and only 1 minute to the ski slopes. Only thing we found was that the WIFI is the Val Thorens resort WIFI that you had to pay for, but it had really poor connection and was not useable.

It would be nice to be welcomed to the property rather than given a long list of what we need to do for the owner no key safe for late arrival we had to sleep elsewhere first night! generally needs an upgrade

Perfect Position but grubby

Small apartment which suited 4 people. Perfect location but the flat would benefit from a deep clean. Duvets and pillows were stained. Oven and fridge required cleaning. Only 2 mugs and the coffee jug was broken. Plenty of hot water available which is a real positive

Small but functional

The apartment was small but very functional. The pictures make it look like there are 2 bedrooms but really the bunk beds are in the hallway and the main bedroom is about 8” larger than the bed. The location is fantastic! The place does not come with linens so we just packed linens and towels with us which worked out well. The kitchen is super functional for the size. We are used to information books in the apartment letting us know what amenities there are but this did not have that. We relied heavily on the towns information center just down the hill as an excellent resource for all questions. We also never got any type of WiFi to work. There is some times a signal but it was not strong enough for me to be willing to pay for it.

General Lack of respect for the guest.

1. False Advertising of Hot TubYour listing explicitly advertised access to a hot tub, which was not available. This constitutes false advertising under Article L. 121-6 of the French Consumer Code, which prohibits misleading commercial practices. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen different accommodation, as this was a key factor in our booking decision.2. Safety Violation: Missing Fire AlarmYour listing also stated that the property had a fire alarm, yet we found no visible smoke detector anywhere in the apartment. If it was hidden, its placement is inadequate and poses a significant risk. Under French law (Decree No. 2015-173), all residential rental properties must be equipped with a functioning smoke detector to ensure occupant safety. Failure to comply is a legal violation and a serious safety hazard.3. Missing & Misrepresented AmenitiesAdditionally, several essential items that were advertised as included were missing upon arrival:• No toilet roll, soap, or bin bags – We had to purchase these ourselves.• No bed sheets provided – This raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness.• No washing-up products – Making it difficult to maintain cleanliness.While these may seem minor, they added unexpected costs and inconvenience to our stay. More importantly, if these were listed as provided, their absence is another instance of misleading advertising.

Bonjour , À aucun moment dans mon annonce et je vous le réitère puisque vous n'avez pas compris dans mon message précédent , que dans le descriptif de mon annonce il y avait un jacuzzi il aurait fallu que cette case soit coché , hors ce n est pas le cas donc je vous invite dans votre prochaine location a bien lire le descriptif , D'autre parts l'alarme incendie qui est obligatoire est positionnée dans l'entrée , révisé tous les ans comme le compteur électrique qui doit être aux normes , Ensuite en ce qui concerne , les draps les serviettes enfin tout le nécessaire je ne le fournis absolument pas , si vous aviez eu un minimum de communication un simple mail pour me poser la question comme beaucoup de locataires font dès qu ils ont une question , j'y réponds très rapidement C est de même pour vos produits d hygiène Cher monsieur , aucun propriétaire ne fournit de produits d'entretiens Je le fais gracieusement en début de saison mais si les locataires suivants ne font pas le "plein " je ne suis pas responsable . Sinon vous auriez du choisir l'option club med ou là effectivement tout y ai fournit mais nous ne sommes pas dans les mêmes tarifs , Vous auriez peut être voulu une femme de ménage aussi ! Je loue mes 2 appartements situés sur val Thorens de décembre à mi mai depuis très longtemps je n'ai jamais eu de retour comme le vôtre , vous êtes tout simplement un énergumène procédurier qui veut juste récupérer un remboursement Vous devriez avoir honte ! Bien à vous

L’appartement est vraiment très petit pour 6 adultes. Nous avons rencontré de grosse difficulté pour que chacun trouve son confort. Je pense que l’appartement serait plus adéquat pour 4 personnes. Dommage la poignée cassée de la porte qui donne sur la terrasse elle permet d’ouvrir de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur mais si on s’enferme dehors il est impossible de revenir. Nous étions toujours obligé de laisser la porte ouverte et l’appartement se refroidissait. Sinon pour le reste belle organisation pour la réception des clés et parking voiture top. Emplacement idéal en plein centre avec accès quasi direct sur les pistes juste une route à traverser. Nous avons quand même passé de superbe vacance ensoleillée.

Snowboardurlaub 4–9 Februar

Skigebiet Absolut Spitze Unterkunft in Ordnung meiner Meinung nach für 5 Personen aber ein bischen zu klein auch wegen den Schlafplätzen. Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft dafür war’s genau richtig. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Preis Leistung für die Unterkunft ist gut. Was In der Beschreibung Leider nicht zutrifft ist; 1. Das Apartment hat kein Whirlpool ! 2. Laut Inserat könnte man verstehen das das Apartment 3 Schlafzimmer hat, es sind aber nur zwei. Das Etagenbett Steht im Flur und ist zum ausklappen und wenn es ausgeklappt ist ist gerade noch genug Platz da zum durchgehen. 3. Positiv überraschend war das das WC ein separater Raum ist ! Und das die Küche eine Spülmaschine hat ! Allgemein waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft !

Un petit studio très bien situé à 50m des pistes. Il est bien réfléchi pour avoir un maximum de rangement. Equipé pour cuisiner et la literie est confortable. Le casier à ski est assez grand pour 4 à 5 personnes. Un petit bémol : la télé ne marchait pas

imcompréhensible

A mon arrivée le contact pour récuperer les cles etait absent, n'as pas répondu aux appels ni aux messages. Le sol en en moquette etait propre mais le reste etait trés sale cuine verre assiette ect. Le soir en allant se coucher je me suis apperçu que les deux lits etaient cassés, j'ai envoyé un mail a la hote qui m'a repondu qu'elle était au courant mais que ce n'etait pas grave puisse que l'on etait 4 personnes. Imcompréhensible

Ne correspond pas aux photos

Nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise en arrivant. D’après les photos (deux photos montrant un lit avec des éléments différents), nous pensions retrouver deux chambres. Alors qu’il n’y en a pas du tout. Le lit d’1m30 est séparé du couloir par un simple rideau. De plus le lit superposé du haut n’était pas fonctionnel. Heureusement nous étions que 3. Impossible de séjourner à 6. L’appartement était sale (beaucoup de poussière et douche pas nettoyée). Le reste était ok, appartement bien situé et fonctionnel mais bruyant la nuit.
