Evans’ family ski half-term ‘25

Excellent spot for us in La Praz. Short walk to warm up for a days skiing. Handy ski hire, bakery, shop & bar. Excellent welcome and check in from the owner with a quick response to any questions.

Great apartment in Le Praz

A great apartment for our family of 4. The owner communicates very well with guests and the apartment is very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Access to the main lifts is a short 10 minute walk and the restaurants and shops are easily accessible within 5 minutes of the apartment. If you are driving the apartment includes a private garage in which to park your car. Overall a great property in Le Praz.

Bon séjour à Courchevel Les Praz dans un espace maîtrisé

Joli appartement bien conçu malgré la taille: chaque pièce est bien pensée avec une belle décoration. Belles vues sur les montagnes depuis plusieurs pièces. Très bonne literie. Emplacement très proche du centre des Praz. Axes d’amélioration: la salle de bains est à rafraîchir et notamment la pression de l’eau. Aucun service à thé. Attention les pièces du premier étage sont ouvertes sur le salon : pas d’insonorisation possible. Un point d’attention: les Praz ont supprimé le petit supermarché local, il faut désormais monter à 1550 ou plus (ou redescendre) pour acheter la base de l’alimentation. Seulement des épiceries résistent.

Superbe logement

La location est encore mieux que sur les photos et très bien équipée (plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, four, lave vaisselle et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner comme à la maison, même des gâteaux !!!). La literie est très confortable. Linge de lit et de bain fourni pour chaque personne (1 drap de bain et une serviette) comme à l'hôtel. La vue sur les montagnes de toutes les pièces est très agréable et la petite terrasse permet de profiter de cette vue panoramique magnifique !!! Très propre le logement convient parfaitement pour 5 adultes. Le propriétaire est aussi très à l'écoute de vos demandes et très réactif. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons !!!

Schönes Appartement in Courchevel

Was war gut: - sehr nette Gastgeber, die sofort alle Fragen beantwortet haben, - ausreichend großes Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Kamin und Balkon, - Appartement ist sehr sauber, - Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien Was war weniger gut: - die Garage ist zu klein, reicht nur für ein kleines Auto aus, - Fußboden in der Galerie quietscht und knarrt sehr laut, - Badewanne hat keinen Vorhang, Wasserhahn sollte auch repariert werden. Uns hat die Aufenthalt trotz kleinen Mankos sehr gut gefallen! Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Gastgeber!

Verblijf Courchevel Le Praz

Prima, voor een gezin met 3 grote jongens is de bovenverdieping laag. Gelukkig hoef je daar alleen maar te slapen. Afstand tot lift hebben wij op gewone schoenen afgelegd, 1 auto in de garage onder appartement en 1 in de garage bij de lift. Daarin de ski's gelegd, op skischoenen en met ski's vonden wij het te ver lopen. Huisje is zeer compleet ingericht, alles meer dan 4x aanwezig. Jammer dat de douche niet hangt en je deze zelf vast moet houden, bad is heerlijk na een dag skiën. Boiler voldoende voor 5 mensen douchen, niet voor allemaal een bad. Fijn contact met eigenaar.

Très beau séjour

J’étais bénévole pour les Finales de la Coupe du Monde de Ski 2022 et l’appartement était idéalement situé pour rejoindre l’arrivée de la piste de l’Eclipse, où se déroulaient les épreuves de vitesse. Le parking couvert était un atout en cette période de parking très limitée au Praz! Je me déplaçais uniquement à pied, car boulangerie, boucherie et supermarché étaient très proches, et la cuisine bien équipé de l’appartement me permettait de préparer mes propres repas. Seul petit bémol la douche! Ce serait bien si on pouvait la fixer au mur pour prendre un « vraie » douche, mais ça nécessiterait aussi un rideaux ou autre protection pour la salle de bain. Autrement charmant appartement bien placé au cœur du village des Praz avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable.
