This spacious 2 bedroom apartment has a wonderful open plan kitchen & dining room with a cosy TV Snug. 2 full size bedrooms (1x King & 1x Twin) Located in the newly renovated Domaine de l'Ariondaz with easy access to all the village amenities of Courchevel Moriond. This apartment is on the 3rd floor (of 4) and East / West Aspect. It has a large west facing balcony with amazing uninterrupted views down the valley.
The kitchen is well equipped with full size cooker with induction hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is a lovely modern shower room with powerful walk in shower and a sperate WC.
Free (unallocated/ uncovered) parking is available on site.
This truly is a ski in / out apartment with easy access to the Petit Moriond lift. In addition, new for the 2024 season, there is a Ski Hire shop in Domaine de l'Ariondaz itself so no need to carry skis back from the shops.

A lovely clean, newly finished apartment that is close to a lift, a very convenient ski hire shop and all shops and restaurants. Sarah was very accommodating and quick to respond. We hope to return next year !
The apartment was perfect for our ski holiday with a family of 4. It was really comfortable and perfectly located - ski in/out, short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Sarah provided us with really helpful information before we arrived and so check in was easy, which we really appreciated. We loved that the apartment had wifi and linen provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying in this cosy, comfy, well equiped apartment with balcony overlooking mountains & trees. Didn't manage to get to the games room as we rather enjoyed just hanging out in the living area. A short walk to supermarket, excellent pizzeria, bars & centre. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very cosy, clean and very spacious with an amazing view! Ski in/ski out as advertised, you can get to the slopes within 2 minutes!
Great appartment in a great position! Group of 4 adults. The appartment had everything we needed. Sarah, the appartment owner was fantastic to deal with. Very easy access to Petit Moriand Gondola, then on to the rest of the valleys. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. We can't wait to return.
Everything was perfect ! The flat was charming with nice furnitures and a lovely sitting. It was exactly what I needed for this 1 week stay in Courchevel. Sarah was really helpful. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
All is as it's announced. This apartment is new, and all things you need to cook, it looks like you're in your own home with amazing views. We stayed on this apartment like we're at home. It's very spacious and comfortable for a week or more. Real ski in/out and skilocker. You have all you need (shops, supermarket, etc.) in the center of Moriond(1650) doing a little walk (lest than 5 minutes). There are several options to park close to this apartment, I don't recomend to park in the parking "CimesBlanches". The owner reply all my doubs and she is very kind and understood. I strongly recommend this apartment. Thanks for all Sarah, We had an amazing days.Suggestions: Maybe it could help to add a little map on the instructions on arrival with aim to find more easy the entrance, and another map to know where are the public garbage.This is the little improve I suggest.

This is a fantastic property with a fantastic owner!
Unlike many vacation rentals I've been in that said "ski in / ski out," this one is truly ski in / ski out.
The property is nicely remodeled. It's simple, clean, well lit, and cozy.
It's very conveniently located. The bus stop to go up to 1850 or down to La Praz, or just to downtown 1650 if you're not inclined to make the short walk, is less than 100 meters away and the escalators down to Aquamotion are across the street.
There's a very nice view of the valley below from the balcony.
The owner in very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
All in all, this was one of the best rental experiences we've had. Hope you'll enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed ours.
Finally, a couple of things to note: The property doesn't have a number, but all the building entrances are named in alphabetical order -- use that to find your entrance. Also, the piste to ski back is called "Cepes" but on the main slope back to 1650, there isn't a sign that lets you know where to turn to get on the Cepes piste, so be aware of that and study the piste map in advance.
I bought this apartment almost 15 years ago and it truly is my home from home, I love spending time here and hope you will too. It's recently undergone a full renovation and is a modern and stylish base from which to access one of the best ski areas in the world.
Why they chose this property
The 3 Vallees has always been my favourite ski area and if I was going to buy anywhere, it had to be Courchevel. I fell in love with it when I stayed in one of the hotels for a week. I love nothing more than the last run of the day from the top of Pyramides right down to my back door!
