The private patio offers a perfect spot to sit out after the track in the evening with a glass of wine and just relax and visit. Fully applianced kitchen with all the modern amenities. Comfortable queen size bed, A/C Unit in Bedroom, Sectional Couch with pull-out bed. Shared coin-operated Laundry Room. One Week minimum during Track Season and 2 night minimum for Graduation Weekend. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home in a great location.
