New and central 2-Room Apartment with parking spot included in the price.

Casa De Lazzari is a small building located in the central area of Piazza Brescia, close to the Big Wheel, the SEA Life Aquarium and the Tropicarium Park in Jesolo, about 150 metres from the beach.

The first-floor apartments have two rooms with all the comforts, for those who don't want to forgo the convenience of the dishwasher and washing machine on holiday.

The Casa De Lazzari apartments on the first floor are located in the central Piazza Brescia, close to the pedestrian area and about 150 metres from Jesolo’ s golden beach.

They were recently renovated and modernized in 2022: the bedroom furniture was replaced and the shower box was enlarged.

They have a floor area of around 30 square metres and consist of:
- living area with kitchenette and sofa-bed;
- bedroom with double bed and single bed;
- bathroom with shower.

It can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people.

The Holiday Homes are equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a TV, WIFI and independent air conditioning. Each apartment has its own numbered parking space.

Our price includes:
- gas and water consumption;
- a parking spot;
- end-of-stay cleaning.
In order to save energy, the use of the electricity will be charged Euro 0,50 kW/h.

Beach service not included. It can be booked separately, with an extra cost, and it is subject to availability.

Tourist tax not included.

By regulation, groups of young people are not allowed in our apartments. If at the check-in a group shows up, without a special authorization from us, we will be forced to cancel the reservation, without any refund.
