This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Pernera and is within walking distance to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars.
Modern and spacious, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need and an ideal option for families or groups looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday very close to the beach.
Downstairs, the villa has a large and modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room has a widescreen TV with satellite, the dining area has seating for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) is also available. There is also a W/C on the ground floor.
Upstairs has three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a stand in shower and W/C. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C.
Outside in the spacious garden, there is an outside shower, gas barbecue, outside seating area for 6 people, sun loungers and large private pool.
Overall, this beautiful villa is the ideal place to stay for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
