Welcome to CasaCorazon,
The "OASIS"

Spacious 1200 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront Spanish hacienda with tons of patio space located on part of the best North beach in town (500 yards North of Rasta beach). If you are looking for a peaceful home, away from crowds, this is the place. Thanks to annual hurricanes and being on a slight shoreline cove, our beach and water entry has tons of sand for Kiting, Foiling, Winging, Windsurfing, Snorkeling, Fishing. The only thing in your view is the water, palm trees and Cerralvo island. It is truly breathtaking.

This is an architectural gem steps away from the water.
The Oasis has 2 private bedrooms with King size beds. Each bedroom has its own closet + dresser. There is a central bathroom off the hallway plus another bathroom off the primary bedroom. An open concept kitchen/living room joined by a Peninsula bar with stools is at your disposal. It is a true chef's kitchen with every imaginable utensil/cookware plus lots of regularly stocked spices. It has all the amenities (Microwave, coffee machine, Toaster oven, blender) you need to make a fantastic home cooked meal.
T.V. Viewing in all rooms.
If you aren’t into cooking at home there are many local restaurants that offer local delicacies ranging from traditional Mexican dishes to fantastic fresh seafood plates. Please ask us for an extensive list.

The outdoor living spaces include expansive patios, a dining space for 8, patio lounges, & a gas BBQ. There is also a double hammock set in a tropical garden among palm trees, giant bird of paradise & jasmine. Whether you want to hang out under the shady covered verandas to sip your favorite drink or to catch up on your sun tan, The “Oasis” at CasaCorazon is a hidden gem.

We realize that La Ventana is a Kiteboarding Mecca in the windy season but it has many other attractions that have yet to be discovered by many, like mountain biking miles of trails, Spearfishing with qualified and seasoned guides, World class fly fishing and much more.

A tiled foot bath is welcoming to wash off your sandy feet from the beach. The property also has an outdoor equipment wash-off area adjacent to the outdoor shower and bathroom.
Paddleboards (Included for your enjoyment) are at the ready for flat cruising days. Head up towards the hot springs or just paddle out towards a multitude of reefs for fish gazing.
The property has a few kayaks if you want to go out and try your hand at fishing. (Also included)
There is a lockable equipment room to store your gear in a secure space.
The home is wired for wifi and Internet TV including Netflix
Daily housekeeping included.

Tranquility on the waterfront!

Staying here was a breeze. Comfortable, clean safe location directly on the beach. Wonderful kind owners were helpful and made our stay fantastic. La Ventana and El Sargento have plenty of gray amenities, and Casa Corazon makes a fantastic place to call home while doing so!

Excellent Trip

I vacationed at Casa Corazon in January 2024 with my family for a kitesurfing trip. The house is a great place to stay, very calm and away from most others in La Ventana area. Beautiful! Had an excellent time kiting right outside the front gate. My wife took lessons at the school next door and they were wonderful too. Would definitely recommend/come back.

This place was GREAT, I am not a Kiter, but if I was, this place is front and center, house was SO clean and new, housekeepers came everyday, home was loaded with everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Wonderful vacation home

This place is wonderful! The hosts were in communication the whole time and helped us set up a chef to come cook meals for us at the house. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out. There's even an outside bathroom and shower which was super helpful with all of us getting ready. The daily house keeping was a nice treat and there were so many things to utilize at the house to make our beach time enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Best place we’ve ever stayed!

The Oasis was our own little family oasis for four nights and we never wanted to leave! We are a family of five with 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep or just hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All the extras were amazing too. My kids would wake up and want to use the paddle boards right away! My whole family agrees this is the best home we’ve ever stayed in. We hope to visit again!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Casa Corazon. Everything starts with Terri who is an absolute amazing host, her hospitality and friendliness made us feel “right at home” from the time we arrived. The house is located right on the beach, super comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The view and location was fantastic. All the available amenities (beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards etc.) provided us with the opportunity to do just what we wanted. Overall, the service was amazing, the girls and Edgar completed the perfect vacation. Thank you very much for a great time and home. We hope to visit again soon!

Casa Corazon is an excellent place to stay for beach front enjoyment. It's located right on the beach for ease of access to go kiteboarding or paddle boarding or just swimming from a beautiful sandy beach. It's located at the top of the weather window for down wind kiteboarding at the north end of El Sarento all the way down to the south end of LaVantana. A kiteboarders paradise! The facility is excellent. Fully equipped, very clean, spacious and quiet with just a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants. Perfect as a family get a way or for a group of kiteboarders.

The best Vrbo experience I've had. Terri surpasses everything you want in a host. The place has everything one would want. Location, Location, Location. Did I mention Location? The kitchen is fully stocked, and ready to go for the serious chef. Good knives, coffee maker, juicer, blender, RO water, big refrigerator Beds were really comfortable Great AC (when needed) SUP, Kayaks, masks fins and snorkel all really good quality. We will definitely return

More than we even expected!

Terri & George have outdone themselves with their property. Location is ridiculously spectacular. Units are stocked with high quality provisions through and through. Lots of toys available to use.Super quiet area. And on and on…One cannot go wrong with their units unless you want to be in town within walking distances to services. Oh yea, fantastic launch site for winging & kiting. Beware that on high wind days it’s a bit tougher to get out through shore break, with an easier entry a bit north of the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Even better than expected!

Our stay at Casacorazon was an absolute dream! Location, location, location is an understatement for this place. We were literally steps away from the water on a beautiful, swimmable white sand beach. The fishing and paddling in the mornings right in front of the casita was amazing, and when the wind picked up on a couple of the afternoons, we really enjoyed watching the kiters. The rental is equipped with SUPs, kayaks, snorkel gear and beach toys, all in great condition. We enjoyed a soak at the nearby Agua Caliente beach thermals which are very close by. The local vibe and Baja cuisine make you never want to leave. Terri was so attentive and helpful as a host, she made us feel like we were home away from home. We will definitely be back!!

Right on beach but quiet and no big waves

We had a wonderful time. The rooms, towels, sheet and beds are clean. To my surprise, the house is cleaned daily. The house is well built with solid furnitures. The most impressive area is the kitchen. There are everything you will need for a daily life. Well stocked and are all fairly new. The knifes are sharp which are important If you got the fish. There are three cutting boards! Most of the rental house I went barely had one. Terri is very nice and gave us all kinds of informations regarding the area and where to explore. She introduced an excellent captain for us and we had a very productive fishing trip. Thanks Terri! David

Casa Corazón-wonderful people and wonderful place

Absolute wonderful stay in Casa Corazón! Everything starts with Terri and George who greeted us like we were old friends. Their hospitality and friendliness made us feel “right at home” from the time we arrived. They were ready to walk us through the house to ensure we knew everything about it, to provide recommendations about the area, and, as the days went by, just to have a nice chat in the patio looking at the Sea of Cortez. One of the nights we were even invited to share a wonderful dinner with some of the folks who also live nearby. Ana and Diose ensured that the entire house was cleaned every day and that we had all our needs met. The house is located right on the beach, it is very comfortable with a full kitchen, and it has great air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout, which helped during some hot days and nights. The view and location are fantastic, as the water is just a few yards away from the patio. Furthermore, all the available amenities (lounge chairs, tent on the beach, kayaks, etc.) provided us with the opportunity to do just what we wanted. We will certainly go back and visit them again to share some more time with Terri and George and to enjoy the beautiful El Sargento area.

Hands Down Best Place I've Ever Stayed At!

Wow, just wow. The place is immaculate. Right on the water and you have the beach just about all to yourself! AC was nice and cold, kitchen was the most stocked that I have ever seen in a rental, and there was plenty of water toys to never make our day dull (kayaks, snorkeling, paddle boards, etc.). Terri and George were an absolute delight and very accommodating and delightful to speak with. I asked Terri for a recommendation for a fishing charter and she scheduled one for us that picked us up in the AM right in front of the casa! I booked the trip for my boyfriends birthday and she surprised us with a little birthday treat, a card, and 2 pacifico beers in our fridge. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Terri and George, we'll definitely be back!

Amazing home and beachfront location

We've stayed at many VRBO's and we all agree this host (Terri) was amazing. She went above and beyond even arranging for someone to come to the home and provide COVID testing for our return trip. The casa is dialed in literally right on the water and off the beaten track. We enjoyed paddle boarding, hiking, snorkeling, and mountain biking right from the house. We brought our windsurf equipment as main plan for our trip (wind didn't cooperate) but trip was still awesome. Loved the outdoor area, nice BBQ, ate meals outside, (gorgeous setting), super nice housekeepers and caretaker, I could go on and on. Hope to be back. Waters family

We loved our stay at Casa Corazon! The location is epic and there are so many nice little touches: fully stocked kitchen with blender and high quality knives, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. We were able to meet the owners and they were wonderful too!.
