“Casita Sirena” 🏝
Located on the best North Beach in town (Between Rasta beach and Big arroyo). Being on a slight cove of the shoreline our beach has a sandy entry for all water sports (Kiting, Foiling, Winging, Windsurfing, Snorkeling, Fishing). You literally roll out of bed and onto the sand. The only thing in your view is the water and Cerralvo island. Breathtaking. This is an architecturally pleasing gated property that is “50 steps” away from the water. Paddle boards and kayaks are ready for use. There is an outdoor bathroom adjacent to the outdoor shower to rinse off after coming in from a day on the beach. The property is gated and private and you basically have your own beach right out front to lay lines out and launch or get picked up by Panga captains for a day of fishing.
Here’s the run down:
Casita “Sirena” is situated garden-side, next to all the action with unforgettable views of the water and Ceralvo island . Enter through the gated/paved courtyard to find comfy outdoor “Monterey” style furnishing. Catch up on some reading underneath a shady Palo-de-Arco covered area that includes a bbq and foot bath/rinse area or just ponder what your next adventure will be. “Sirena” comes with a super comfy king size bed which could be split into 2 separate twin beds. It has a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a beautiful brick Cupola and peninsula seating area for dine-in nights. The private bathroom is roomy and pleasing boasting a round unique turret shower.
Equipped with a flat screen TV and WiFi to keep you entertained.

Wonderful stay. Terri is a great host. The casita had all we needed and more. Great location. We did have to move to another casita up the arroyo for two nights due to an overbooking situation. Other then that it was a great trip.

A tranquil property with all of the amenities

My wife and I booked Casa cortisone for our anniversary trip. I am so glad we did it is such a cool property in such a cool part of the world. We stayed in Casa Serena which was a studio and was so nice. We use the paddle boards to watch the sunrise in the morning and explore the coastline. I can't wait to return and when I do I will definitely stay here again. The owners were very friendly and were great at communicating leading up to and during our stay

Can’t say enough good things about this property! The casita was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything one would need or want! The location can’t be beat!! Steps from the best part of La Ventana’s beach! Great for relaxing in the loungers to great water entry for any kind of water sport one enjoys! Walkable on beach to restaurants with very healthy, fresh ingredients! The hosts were always available and accommodating, whether they were on site or back home in the states! Will definitely be staying here again!:)

Casa Corazon is a sweet casita, very well appointed, comfortable, and clean as whistle...daily housekeeping was a treat! We especially appreciated the organized and well stocked kitchen which included a nice selection of pots, pans, dishes, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs, spices, coffee filters, pretty much all that you need but for the main ingredients, which for us was fresh ahi from the fish market in the village...so good! We found the location to be just right for us, mere steps to a swimmable, walkable beach, yet out of the main hubbub. Terri, our host, was very personable and went out of her way to accommodate us. I would stay at Casa Corazon again without question and would recommend it to friends and family, as well!

Paraiso in La Ventana

We had a wonderful experience at Casa Corazon in El Sargento. George and Terri are awesome hosts. The casita, Sirena, is beautifully designed (make sure to check out the stunning domed ceiling as you enter). The home is located on the sand with chairs front and center to greet a wonderful sunrise or watch the multi-colored airborne kite sails ride the winds over the sea. Also worth mentioning is hot spring beach approximately one mile north of the casita. It's a must visit. As to dining, there is a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner just a short walk from the casita or you can drive into town for a meal. We are hoping to return for a longer stay in the future. Thank you so much George and Terri!

Bliss on the Beach!!

We booked the Sirena Casita for a week in April. It was perfect for us and came with so much added value in the amenities included. We were fortunate to have the hosts onsite during our visit and they could not have been more friendly, gracious and helpful. During the week our friends who were staying elsewhere asked if there was any availability because they loved it so much there when visiting us they wanted to move over. We ended up moving from our casita to the 2 bedroom Oasis Unit with our friends and it was also perfect! We're looking forward to another visit in the future and highly recommend CasaCorazon.

Lovely location and kind responsive host

We stayed in a cozy unit right in the beach. The host and staff couldn’t have been kinder. We loved the comfy bed, kiting just steps away, great security for our sports gear, and fresh fruit, vegetables, and fish daily right in town within a 10 minute drive on sandy but graded roads.

Perfect spot!

Everything about this experience was wonderful. We were looking for a small, affordable casita right on the beach in El Sargento and that's just what we got. Terri was a great host, answering all of our questions quickly and accommodating our need to add our teenage son to the reservation. She has thought of the little details that makes for a comfortable beach stay....fresh drinking water, plenty of kitchen items for cooking at home, coffee filters, very comfortable memory foam mattress and great pillows, air conditioning, outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. We came to kiteboard and were able to launch right from the front of the house. So perfect!! We'll be back!
