Perfect for two. We loved it. Building is in good shape. Small Grocery store within walking distance. We shopped Cabo first and LePaz is an hour away. It’s true they only give you one roll of TP. Good restaurants walkable. If you’re kiting I’d recommend a car or quad. Secure parking included. All but main road are dirt. Pool is not heated. In December pool is cold. 5 minute drive to Tuna Kiting beach. This place is 1/2 way between Baja Joes (south beach) and Tuna beach. Lots of kiters and wingers here. The free hot springs and snorkeling are fun just 15-20 minutes north of here. You have to dig for the hot springs!

Clean, safe, beautiful.

It was even better than I expected! The condo building was very nice and had a gated in parking lot. This unit was a studio and didn’t feel small. Nice balcony over looking the pool and sea of Cortez. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would for sure book again.

Excellent Accomodation!

The Unit was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, you just had to provide the Food & Drinks! The location was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Even though I never met the landlord in person, all of our communication was done conveniently through Vrbo with no issues. I would stay there again without a doubt!
