Villa Tashellu offers spacious terraces where one can unwind and relax or dine and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the coast, forest and towards the Mediterranean sea / Formentera.

This house went into new ownership this year, and has been updated with new furniture in all areas by an interior designer.

Situated in Cap Martinet, five minutes away from Talamanca beach, two minutes away from Jesus town and 10 minutes from Ibiza marina and the old town, this beautiful property is positioned in the perfect area of Ibiza.

Cap Martinet is one of the most desirable locations on the island. It offers you privacy, sea and country views, yet with the pleasures of Ibiza marina, a 3 minute drive away.

At the end of the property's garden there is forest woodland, which through the forest there is access to a secluded rocky cove (NB not part of the property).

The houses offer 375m2 of living area, and the total plot is 1080m2.

Cleaning is included once a week, more available by request.


THE VIEW

The fist aspect to capture your attention when you enter VILLA Tashellu is the view seen from the garden and terraces. From rich woodland mountains to the blue sea (from upstairs view). The pool and lounge area outside make the most of this view.

HOUSES

The property comprises a main house (3-bedrooms, 2 en-suites and separate bath and w/c) and a 'casita' house also overlooking the pool and terrace (2-bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchenette). The entrance pathway from the driveway leads to the annex entrance and main house entrance (both houses are 1-2m apart).

ENTRANCE & DRIVE

Sturdy stonewalls, gate and fences surround this property giving you complete privacy and a high level of security. This drive is designed to give easy access to the spacious parking area and electric double garage.

SECURITY

The villa benefits from a security alarm, an electric gate and entry phone. Once you arrive and park in the spacious double garage a convenient side entrance is provided is provided to give direct access from the garage to the inside of the main property.

ENTRANCE HALL, LOUNGE & KITCHEN (main property)

The entrance hall opens onto a view of the double-height lounge and dining area from above and is an open plan design. The lounge benefits from beautiful views and opens directly to the pool, terrace and garden.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is a separate room adjacent to the lounge and dining area, but also has a smaller dining table in the kitchen.

GUEST BEDROOMS

The main property has 3 guest bedrooms all with double beds. Two are corner bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-through.

The property also has some games for guests' enjoyment: a ping pong table in the rear patio, a basketball hoop in the driveway and some games for use in the garden.

A word on noise, check-in/out and the environment:
Ibiza is famous for partying and full on music in world famous venues open throughout the night, however the Police take a dim view of private parties generating loud noise (and have the power to enforce six figure fines on those hosting unauthorised parties).

We hope you enjoy the Villa and your time in Ibiza. However please note that this is a family home when not rented and we appreciate you treating it accordingly.

The villa is in a residential area. Please have respect for the neighbours, the properties are next to each other (3 meters apart) and ensure loud music does not disturb them, no music should be played outside areas, or any loud music inside the property particularly after 23.00 in the evening and 11.00 in the morning.

Violations are cause for immediate eviction without the refund of any rental amounts or security deposit.

In case of police control or any complaints lodged, the Tenant will have the responsibility and therefore will suffer the liabilities in court, cover the cost of the current proceedings and pay all the fines. Music Systems or sound equipment other than that, which is provided in the house, are not allowed.

There is a maximum occupancy as specified in the rental agreement. Please contact us before hosting additional guests. No more than 14 people are allowed to gather on the property without prior consent.We need sufficient time to service the Villa to a high standard so must set a check-out time of 10am and a check in time of 4pm.

The summer puts strain on the electricity and water supplies so please help by switching of the air conditioners when you go out and using water with consideration.

Beschreibung und Fotos bilden das Haus sehr gut ab; Pool ist sehr nett!; Tischtennistisch wurde von uns oft genutzt; von den Kindern kam keine Klage Ć¼ber das WLAN (was ja bekanntlich heutzutage fast das wichtigste ist ;-)); gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Personal; es gab ein Problem mit dem Strom, aber es wurde sofort Hilfestellung gegeben - warum wir nicht die volle Sterne bei Sauberkeit vergeben haben: Haus ist sauber, aber die Brillianz fehlte (das kann eventuell damit zusammenhƤngen, dass wir vielleicht im April die ersten SaisongƤste waren), auch bei der KĆ¼chenausstattung, alles und noch mehr da, aber halt ein Mietobjekt, wo keine "Frau des Hauses" auf die Ordnung achtet oder auf die Details achtet; so haben wir vor der BenĆ¼tzung der Waschmaschine, diese noch ein wenig gereinigt und beim Trockner, die Fusseln der letzten Maschinen entfernt - das sind alles Details/Kleinigkeiten, die es zu erwƤhnen gibt, aber es gibt nichts wirklich zu beklagen
