RENOVATED Spacious 1700 square foot spectacular unobstructed Ocean & Sound view Islander Villa, is located on the second floor and offers 4 large bedrooms and with private full bath for each bedroom. BED LINENS & BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED! The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has two full beds to comfortably sleep 11. With the convenient elevator, access is easy and safer for kids and grandparents while making the dreaded unloading & loading of the family vehicle a snap.

The Villa is a short stroll to the beach and includes access to tennis courts, oceanfront community pool, ocean side tiki bar, and fine dining at the Islander Resort. After a full day at the beach, pool, or exploring all Ocean Isle Beach has to offer, your family will feel right at home with a large common gathering area, a well equipped kitchen, a high chair, a pack and play, a charcoal grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Blu-ray DVD player, Netflix capable, A.C., ceiling fans, & Wi-Fi.

The large east facing back porch offers a spectacular view of the ocean as well as the sound. In the morning you can sit with your coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise, in the afternoon enjoy the shade and ocean breeze as you take a break from the sun, and in the evening relax as you visit with family and friends to the sounds of the ocean in the background.

Relaxing week away

The property was well furnished, clean, and a great location to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Beds were wonderful with the additional foam toppers!! Would definitely stay again.

Family beach vacation

Beautiful property with views of ocean and sound. It hen is well equipped with all we needed to accommodate 9 of us. The host, Janie, was super responsive if we had any questions. It was a 5 star stay for us!!

Generation Vacation

We had a lovely stay at Janie’s condo and hope to return. We went with our adult kids and my mom. The fact that everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms was great. The elevator made this vacay possible for my mom. We rented a golf cart and that was necessary and fun!

Great for Families

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Owner responded almost immediately to the one question I had upon arrival. Would definitely recommend! Pool area (with restrooms) and beach access were great! The low key vibe of OIB is wonderful and relaxing!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the helpful, thoughtful amenities provided. It was quiet, accessible, and the view was spectacular. We loved our second stay here.

This is a lovely condo with an amazingly well-equipped kitchen and a great view. We loved our vacation here last year and returned this summer for another wonderful week, and found it had been updated with beautiful quartz kitchen counters and attractive new flooring throughout. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, covered porch great for reading and relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo!

Amazing Vacation Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first ever visit to Ocean Isle, NC. The condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable with numerous amenities and loads of space. The views of the ocean and the turtles out back provided for a relaxing time when in the home. I spent every morning out on the deck just enjoying it all before the day got started. The convenience of the location to the beach and pool and other community activities made it extremely accessible for everyone. Even with Covid restrictions and some gatherings being cancelled, there was plenty to do and see in the community. We feasted at many of the local restaurants, shopped at the fun beach stores, and played at the local mini-golf place (where I got 6 hole in ones so my name was added to a board there). We also enjoyed those wonderful slushies both on the beach itself and at the location across from the mini-golf. They were delicious! Everything in the house worked perfectly. My granddaughters, daughter and I pulled out the hide-a-bed couch in the living room one hot afternoon from the beach and pool and relaxed with a fun movie on TV. It was a delightful reprieve from the sun and surf. Everyone we met in the complex was friendly and helpful. It truly felt like a great community. Our host provided many great suggestions for extras, and we were able to take advantage of some of them -- they were all wonderful. I definitely recommend this spot. We had a terrific time! Whether you walk or drive to the beach/pool, the access was very easy and all of it was tremendously enjoyable.

We loved the spaciousness and coziness of this property! Allowed everyone privacy and no waiting for showers. Great dining area for eating and card games. The decor was superb. Janie was wonderful and so was her property!

Great Condo for Family Trip!

I recently stayed here with my family for our annual beach trip. The condo was plenty spacious for 5 adults and 6 kiddos! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens. The location is great (pro tip: drive and park at the clubhouse for easy beach access, just don’t forget your club card!). My only feedback is the couches could use an upgrade and the beds were rock hard. Still a 5 star stay, though! Would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay for larger family

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was spectacular and the condo was very comfortable for five adults and four children. The pool and beach is a little bit of a walk, but it’s not too bad! We did rent a golf cart and that helped with getting to the beach and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the little retention pond behind the condo and loved watching the turtles and fish! The owner is very friendly and responsive, and fixed our minor issue very quickly (the A/C was exhausted and decided to stop working one morning - it was fixed within 2 hours!). I would absolutely recommend staying here! :)

My 53rd Ocean Isle Beach Trip

I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay at Ocean Isle. Although not on the beach, you have a view of it. Plus you have a freshwater canal with ducks, turtles and fish for your viewing from the back porch! The rooms were bright and cheery and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking! I’ve already booked to come back next summer.

Great Beach/location/house

We had a great stay at Family Funcation! Tom the owner was super quick to respond with questions before and during our trip. Location was great. Beach access across the street or you can load up everything and drive 1/4 mile down to the beach club that has super easy beach access/restrooms/food & drink. House is fully equipped with anything you might need. We had 4 teens & 4 adults and it was perfect. Great deck for catching the sunrise and an awesome evening breeze. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare meals . Restaurants/shops within a 1 1/2 miles of the house. House was very clean and check-in/out was super easy!

Loved Family Funcation

The property is gorgeous! We had views of the inlet and the ocean and our own little pond out back that was full of turtles, fish, and ducks. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife. The house itself is very well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and comfortable and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! A short trip to the pool and beach was perfect for us. This was a great vacation spot!

Get's better every year !!!

This was our second time at this property and there are plenty reasons why we'll be back again next year. Location, 4 beds & 4 full baths, deck space front and back and the view!! Probably one of the best views on the island off the back deck. All you need to have an awesome vacation. The owners are great with communication and make sure you have a great stay. Clean & quiet and an ocean front pool to enjoy as well. Everything you need and more !! Don't hesitate to book !!
