Nicely decorated 5-bedroom, 4 bath home with inspiring views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). There are 4 large decks to take in the view of your preference with either a cup of coffee or cocktail of choice. From the ocean side, sit in one of the rocking chairs and watch the waves crash on the beach while the kids swim below in the oversized private saltwater swimming pool. (Pool can be heated for an additional charge). Decks have gates and yard is fenced. Professional landscaping with palms. Take a short 2-minute walk around the corner to the beach to feel the sand beneath your feet and enjoy the ocean.

The inverted floor plan provides amazing ocean views from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and large 55” flat screen Smart-TV in the living room. Subscription Smart TV App and wireless internet included. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after enjoying a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal and gas grill onsite. Plenty of covered parking and guest storage shed available at ground level. Linens and towels for total number of occupants are included - all beds are made. Non-smoking, no pets. Sleeps 13.

We all agreed that the pool was our favorite part of the vacation. It was a salt water pool which was beautiful. Our walk to the beach was easy and short. The beach was full of sea shells and soft sand. The town was full of excellent restaurants, ice cream & sweet shops and a very nice grocery store. We absolutely loved visiting the nearby town of Clabash. Just to note, we vacationed in late August which was wonderful because we did not have to stand in lines or have long waits. Our family had an amazing time!

Perfect Oasis

Kylie's place was the perfect spot for our family beach vacation this year! Extremely short walk to the beach, plus the private pool at the house was perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Extremely clean and Kylie was almost immediately responsive to my messages. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

We live in North Carolina We've always loved coming to the beach. We have two daughters and been bringing them to the beach since they were small. It is the one time when we can all unplug, connect to nature and spend quality family time together.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) the minute we came over the bridge. The drive time is reasonable. But, mainly this home spoke to our heart as it has everything we were looking for... close to the beach, breath-taking views and to top it off the house has a pool! Best of both worlds! We were amazed how close you feel to the beach even though technically it is 3rd row home. We really like that the pool is on the ocean side as it is convenient for kids to be swimming while adults can watch them and have a view of the ocean. The short walk to the beach with little ones sealed the deal as we didn't want to be walking a long way on a hot day. Additionally, the home is large enough that we can bring our extended family and all enjoy some downtime together!!!
