About this property
Studio Apartment for 2
Summary:
We are Aperon, an apartment hotel on a pedestrian street in central Copenhagen, housed in a building from 1875. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, combining a contemporary look with practical layouts. All units have access to a shared courtyard and terrace with views of the Round Tower. With easy self check-in and fully equipped apartments topped with hotel services, we aim to keep travel comfortable and uncomplicated.
The Space:
This studio apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of our historic building. The layout brings together a sleeping area, a small living space, a kitchen, a dining table for two, and one bathroom. The apartment has been designed with care, adapted to the structure and character of the property. There is no elevator in the building.
Amenities:
→ Sleeping: 1 bed (160 cm), max 2 guests, linens + towels, dim-out curtains
→ Tech: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with casting option
→ Comfort: Iron + ironing board in unit, laundry shared in basement, eco-friendly household cleaning products (hand soap, detergent, dishwasher tablets)
From the shared inner courtyard, there is access to a shared terrace with seating and a view of the Round Tower. The laundry is shared and located in the basement, where there is also a luggage storage with individual lockers. The building does not have an elevator.
Since Aperon is housed in a historic property, the layout of the apartments may vary slightly while amenities remain the same.
Guest Access:
Our concept is simple: the apartments are fully equipped and carefully designed, accessed through easy self check-in with a personal code, and supported by a 24/7 online reception for anything needed before or during the stay.
Extra services can be arranged through our Guest Hub, including additional housekeeping, late check-out (available for purchase until 1pm, depending on availability), and baby cribs and high chairs at no charge. In addition, free mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for visits of eight nights or more.
Luggage can be stored in the basement, and parking is available through our Q-Park partnership with a guest discount.
The Neighborhood:
Aperon is set right in the historic center of Copenhagen, a few steps from the Round Tower, small pedestrian streets, cafés, bakeries, and local shops. It’s an easy area to explore on foot, with parks, museums, and everyday conveniences close by. We keep restaurant and café recommendations in our Guest Hub, and we’re always happy to share tips or help with bookings.
Getting Around:
Aperon is easy to reach by public transport. Nørreport Station is the closest hub, with metro, S-trains, and regional trains all in one place. From there, it’s a short walk through the old town streets. Taxis and ride-shares can drop off right outside the building. If arriving from the airport, the metro runs directly to Nørreport in about 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
The building sits in a lively and central part of Copenhagen, so some city noise can be expected. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and pets are not permitted.
Interaction with Guests:
Our reception is available around the clock by text or phone. We keep housekeeping and guest support immediate and reliable, and we’re here to help with anything needed before, during, or after the stay. Fresh towels, extra housekeeping, or local tips are just a message away. Copenhagen has an incredible food scene, and we’re happy to share recommendations or help with reservations and transport if needed.

We loved being so close to the Nørreport station, as well as excellent restaurants. The luggage storage and laundry facilities were much appreciated. The studio sized apartment was good for us as I started out alone until my daughter joined me. It might have seemed a little small for a longer stay, but the bathroom was quite generously sized. All in all a fabulous choice in this wonderful city.

Hello Janice! Thank you for your fantastic review! We're thrilled you enjoyed our convenient location near Nørreport station and the nearby restaurants. We're glad our amenities like luggage storage and laundry facilities added to your comfort. We appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back next time!
First, the services were incredible. I could communicate with the company and get an immediate response (how to get around town with the Copenhagen Card, best local restaurants, laundry facilities, need for extra pillows, booking for taxi at 4:00 am to get to the airport, etc.).
The property is very nice, clean and with modern entrance codes for the building and apartments. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We were able to cook meals with produce from the nearby central market.
(The ice is in the common freezer leading to the laundry room).
The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk to most places of interest since the apartment was pretty central. The nearby subway/Metro got us everywhere else, including to outer suburbs for some attractions. We even did a quick day trip to Sweden (Molmo) by just walking to the Metro and easily transfering to the right train. Effortless (can't say enough good things about public transportation in Copenhagen).
Finally, do get an app for one of the many bike shares in town - we used Donkey. It's the best way to see the town, and bikes are everywhere (if you've never travelled to Copenhagen, you'll be pleased to see how plentiful and available they are). Riding is incredibly safe and the bike lanes are well marked and wide. Everyone rides!
The Large Central Market is a 3 minute walk from the apartment and has everything you'd need, whether eating take-out, or brining in food to prepare at home.
