The house has its own entrance in the traditional Ouddorp style, meaning you can enter through the kitchen. Additionally, you have access to two parking spaces. People with reduced mobility can shower and sleep on the ground floor. The house features a cozy living room with an upholstered sofa, a matching armchair, and a TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer combination, a dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee machine. The inviting round dining table with six chairs completes the picture. The French doors leading to the courtyard seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Das Haus war an sich super, alles war sauber und auch so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt war. Uns ist das Bad negativ aufgefallen. Das es klein ist hat man auf den Bildern gesehen, es solte aber dringend renoviert werden. Es hat dauerhaft modrig nach Abfluss gerochen und zwei fließen in der Dusche waren locker sodass bei betreten dort immer Wasser hochgekommen ist. Desweitern hat der Geschirrspüler nicht richtig funktioniert ,das Geschirr wurde nie ganz sauber. Die obere Schublade im Geschirrspüler war falschherum eingebaut und konnte nicht ganz herrausgezogen werden da etwas an der Schublade kaputt war. Als wir kochen wollten bemerkten wir das 2 Brenner nicht richtig funktionierten. Ansonsten war die Küche super ausgestattet und es hat uns nicht gefehlt.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich und lädt zum draußen Verweilen ein. Leider ist das Bad sehr klein und das Waschbecken steht in der Dusche. Das Haus ist für sechs Personen, was ich aber aufgrund des Bades mit nur einer Toilette für sehr schwierig halte. Wir waren zu zweit und kamen gut klar.

Gute Lage zum tollen Ortskern in Ouddorp. Sehr gepflegt - toll eingerichtet. Bad ist zwar ein bisschen eng - für eine Familie aber ok. Freuen uns wiederzukommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage in Ouddorp

Das Ferienhaus hat eine günstige Lage in Ouddorp. Alles ist schnell zu Fuß oder mit der Fietse zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Fahrrad dabei hat (ein Verleih liegt keine 200m entfernt), braucht man kein Auto mehr. Die Einrichtung passt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der Küche sind die notwendigen Kleinigkeiten (Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel usw.) für den Start bereits vorhanden, das ist toll. Das Haus ist durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Esszimmer mit dem großen Tisch ist super. Das Bad ist wirklich sehr klein, zu zweit kann man es praktisch nicht nutzen. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Es hat eine große, nicht einsehbare Terrasse. Wenn dort noch ein paar Blumen wären, wäre es bestimmt noch gemütlicher. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen und der Kontakt mit Frau Marian Steehouwer war kurz und unkompliziert.

Wie im vergangenen Jahr haben wir ein paar schöne Tage mit unserer Mutter in Ihrem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die zentrale Lage und die Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss ermöglichen es unserer Mutter auch mit dem Rollstuhl mobil zu sein; wenn es möglich ist, werden wir im nächsten Jahr gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus, schönes Dorf

Vorab: wir waren zu sechst Fr-So Anfang April 2017 da. Ich fand das Haus toll, die erwähnten Einschränkungen fand ich nicht dramatisch, aber jeder hat seine Schwerpunkte. Für uns war wichtig, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume (WZ, Küche, EZ, Bad) und mind. eins der Schlafzimmer auf einer Ebene liegen und dass Ess- und Wohnzimmer tatsächlich 6 Personen gut Platz bieten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. +++ großer Esstisch mit genug Platz für 6 im "Wintergarten" zum Essen, Quatschen, Spielen, ... +++ Küche mit allem, was man gebrauchen kann. Das System, dass an Grundvorräten von allem etwas da ist (Klopapier, Kaffeepads, Gewürze etc.) und man selbst auffüllt/was da lässt, ist prima, wenn man am 1. Abend feststellt, was vergessen zu haben ;o) *Tipp: in der kleinen Kammer neben dem Bad schauen, falls man was nicht findet!* +++ schönes Wohnzimmer - auch, wenn wir nie da waren, weil wir immer im Esszimmer "hängengeblieben" sind. +++ Terasse: auch hier genug Raum und Möbel für alle, um jede sonnige Gelegenheit zu nutzen +++ helles, freundliches Haus, Einrichtung und Deko sehr schön & stimmig +++ große Dusche +++ Spiele, Bücher, TV, Waschmaschine etc: viele Dinge wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt/gebraucht. +++ unkomplizierte Vermieterin --- das Bad (nicht die Dusche) ist sehr klein. Für ein Wochenende war es für uns ok, aber für längere Aufenthalte könnte es etwas nerven. Ist sicherlich einfacher, wenn die "Gruppenkonstellation" es erlaubt, (fast) nackt aus dem Bad zu kommen und sich woanders zuende anzuziehen, weil das im Bad schon geht, es aber sehr eng ist und für Kleidung kaum Ablageplatz da ist. Das Waschbecken ist im "Nassbereich" der Dusche, wenn jemand also geduscht hat, und man dort später Hände waschen wollte, muss man sich gut strecken, oder auf den nassen Boden treten. *Tipp: Extra Handtuch/Badezimmerteppich mitbringen.* --- Die beiden Schlafzimmer oben sind nur sehr rudimentär voneinander getrennt. Wenn alle sich nur zum Schlafen nach oben zurückziehen und sehr rücksichtsvoll leise sind, kein Problem. Wenn man aus dem kleinen Schlafzimmer (was durch die kleine Tür sichtgeschützt ist) nach unten, z.B. auch nachts ins Bad möchte, läuft man durch das andere Schlafzimmer, weil hier die Treppe ist. *Anregung an die Vermieter: Könnte man hier vllt. einen Trennvorhang oder eine Tür einrichten, für Privatsphäre und als Lichtschutz? Es ist Nachts einfacher, die Treppe zu nehmen, wenn man Licht einschalten kann.*

Erholsamer, entspannter Kurzurlaub an der Nordseeküste

- Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut, Badezimmer ein wenig klein -sehr gepflegter und sauberer Zustand -prinzipiell gute Vorbereitung, der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar sehr empfehlenswert, auch für ältere Menschen , weil ebenerdig -ausreichende Anzahl Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
