Marina Port Zélande luxurious vacation apartment for 6 people – anchored directly to the yacht harbour and Grevelingen

Have you always wanted to wake up in one of the most beautiful spots on the Grevelingen with the North Sea in your backyard? Then this apartment might be the best choice. When you enter the living room from one of the three bedrooms, you enjoy the most beautiful view there is. The marina is just 10 meters away from your terrace with luxurious garden furniture and awning. Sit on the couch with a lovely glass of wine and watch all the beauty on the water of the harbor, the yachts, and sailboats passing by.

Our spacious and luxuriously finished apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. In the area, you can go in any direction, to the beach, sailing, cycling, walking, surfing, diving, and swimming in the subtropical swimming paradise, and, of course, you can visit all the attractions of Center Parcs.

Ground floor
On the ground floor, you enter the apartment, and there is a luxurious bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate toilet.

1st floor (7 steps)
There is then a small staircase (7 steps) to the living room. The view will amaze you when you take those first steps into the living room. In the living room, there are tiles with underfloor heating with a very pleasant warmth.

The apartment has a luxurious fully equipped kitchen with, of course, a dishwasher, oven, combination microwave, and Senseo coffee machine. The open kitchen adjoins the living room where there are lovely sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a television. The living room is beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. From the living room, you walk straight onto the terrace, and with a small step, you walk directly along the harbor, you cannot sit closer to the Grevelingen on a terrace.

2nd floor (7 steps)
Via another small staircase, you reach the bedrooms, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable box springs, and there is 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. On the side of the bedrooms is a balcony where you can also sit comfortably with a view towards the North Sea. In the bedrooms, there is space for a cot (foldable).

Adjacent to the bedrooms is a luxurious natural stone bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet. Washer and dryer are available.

Swimming
For families with children, this apartment is very suitable because of the layout and the location next to the Center Parcs complex Port Zélande. You and your children can use all activities and facilities. (There are costs associated with the use of the swimming pool of Port Zelande).

Surroundings
In the vicinity, you will find plenty of villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven, and Burgh-Haamstede where you can shop wonderfully and where you will find a wide variety of restaurants.

Along the beaches, you will find cozy beach clubs such as Strandclub Zee, Natural High, De brouw, and Perry’s. Here you can go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in summer and winter or just a cup of hot chocolate after a beach walk.

From the apartment, everything is reachable within a short time, the beach and dunes of the North Sea, the Grevelingen, Port Zélande, and villages where time seems to have stood still. Water sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves with so much water nearby, in the harbor, you can rent a sloop and take a close look at the Grevelingen with all its small islands.

Parking
There is ample parking space; you just have to register with the harbor master. When you drive through the barriers, your license plate is registered, and when you report to the harbor master, you can use the parking spaces. You can unload your car on arrival and load it back in front of the apartment when you leave, but for the rest of your stay, the car must be parked in the general parking areas. There is space on the terrace to place bicycles.





- Rental to companies/workmen at Port Zélande is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
