Not a vacation home
This is clearly someone’s home they rent out, as there is old food in cupboards, dirty dishes in the pantry. I would put this on Airbnb, not VRBO.
Worst part was the place looks nothing like the photos. The eating table is in the kitchen, so not a separate dining room. We could not get the house warm, no matter how hard we tried. The beds were a mishmash of beds, probably collected from friends over the years. Including a rickety futon upstairs, that should not be sold as a bed.
There are two bathrooms, but both downstairs, so not convenient if you are staying in either top floors. Although, both bathrooms have been nicely remodeled.
In the small living room, there is an uncomfortable couch, the only redeeming thing about this place was the leather recliner.
The location is very convenient, and if you are a large group that wants a cheap place to sleep at night, this will do. But not suitable for a family that needed to cook at home because of the pandemic, or wanted a living room that we could play games in, do crafts and spend time together. Also, every dish we pulled out had to be recleaned.
The owner needs to make some inexpensive changes to make this into a nice place for vacationers. Better beds, good couch, clean kitchen with utensils and pans needed to cook, portable heating units to get the rooms warm.
Also, update the photos to show what the place actually looks like.
