We moved to Cornwall in 2009 and haven't looked back since. We consider ourselves very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of Cornwall, so close to the beaches and the South West Coastal Path.

Why they chose this property

The location of the property gives easy access to Falmouth town and beaches. Just 10 minutes walk to Swanpool beach and from there a further 10 minute walk takes you to Gyllyngvase beach. Both beaches have lovely cafes on the beaches to enjoy a drink and take in the stunning views.

What makes this property unique

This peaceful location is within easy reach of 4 local beaches and only a 30 minute walk into Falmouth town. The house has a secure garden for your dog to explore. The bedrooms have stunning sea views and a lovely mature garden to relax in and soak up a bit of sun. The house has a large living room with comfortable sofas and a 65" TV with Netflix.
