3 km away from the pretty town of Mondolfo hosting numerous shops and happening bars. Marotta and the Adriatic Sea are a drive away, which has beautiful sandy beaches, excellent sea-food, entertainment venues, cycle paths. There are many excellent wineries where you can taste or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are two popular tourist destinations for sea-lovers and for culture and history enthusiasts. Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and UNESCO site, can be reached after a drive.

A gazebo, swimming pool offers a wonderful view over the valley. A large porch is set up with furniture to let you enjoy the outdoors. A star-gazing session on the hammock will lull you into sleep in no time.

Comfortable beds, a bbq, hammock, outside tables, chairs, bench A very large supermarket is a 3 minute drive and restaurants, wineries and the beach are also very near. The hosts are great and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, which made the experience even more conplete.

Eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung der es an nichts fehlt. Sogar Kuchen und Panini standen zur Ankunft bereit. Sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Einzig die Strände in der Gegend waren nicht unser Fall.
