Charming cottage among the vineyards, furnished with care, lovely view

"COCHONNIERE" is a true family cottage measuring 75 m² (sleeps up to four people, including one infant in a cot or one child under 8 years old in a fold-out bed). For larger families, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate annex (10 metres away) can be rented.
All bedrooms—both in the main house and the one in the annex—have ceiling fans.
Sunny swimming pool (9x3.50, depth 1.50) in the garden; sometimes shared with the owner.
No smoking inside the house and no pets allowed.

'COCHONNIERE' features:

Sant'Amico is a rural area that is very affordable:
10 to 15 km from the beach (Senigallia, Marina di Montemarciano)
Near the Ancona airport (15 km) and the “Ancona Nord” highway exit (10 km).
Quiet and romantic setting, with many small and inexpensive restaurants nearby
From Sant'Amico, you can enjoy a day trip to famous cultural landmarks (Urbino, San Marino, San Leo, etc.). There are many fashion stores in the area (Tod’s, Prada, Nero Giardini).
Assisi and Gubbio are 1.45 hours away and can even be visited during a day trip.
Car hire service (Raffaello Sanzio – Ancona Airport)
The Jesi train station is just 15 kilometres away and offers daily connections to Rome (3 hours). From Falconara, trains run to and from Milan, Venice, and Bologna.
