During the careful renovation of the stone house, we have taken care to preserve the original architecture. The house enjoys, located on the 1800 m2 of land, surrounded by fields, a wonderfully quiet location with stunning views. However, it has also the advantage of being able to reach the place with a restaurant and small supermarket in 5 minutes. A holiday home ideal for families. Feel comfortable in our Rustico. On 2 floors we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You like to cook, not a problem in our well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. Make yourself comfortable in the living room on the ground floor. Enjoy the culinary delights of Italy in the shade of the pergola on the terrace or in the spacious living room with an open log fire in the cooler months. There is a pool, turn off in the rest of the large garden and for children a paradise to play and run. Here, everyone finds their favorite spot!

Perfect location during trip in March in Le Marche

Renovated house in perfection, both execution and style. Lovely mountain view location on walking distance from historic village of Mergo. Great hosts and facilitated with all you need. Just mind the wild pigs crossing the road uphill in the evening ;-)

Beautiful Holiday

We had a lovely time at this well-appointed country house in the quiet Italian countryside. There were many spots outside to read and relax and there were many places to visit within an hour's drive. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Casa

Villa was so nice and the decor was cozy. There were many terraces around the house, where you can enjoy the silence. The kitchen was functional and grilling was easy. The car is nessessary that you can visit in beutiful villages around the Marche.

Beautiful and serene palace

We stayed almost 2 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was great, great bed and bathrooms, a wonderful and well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden surrounding the house. You only hear crickets and birds throughout the day.Yes, it’s a 45 minute drive to the beach or first bigger city but it was worth it. As soon as you come back to this house, everything falls into place. We highly recommend this place.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus.

Wohl das schönste Ferienhaus , daß wir bisher in Italien genießen durften. Super schön hergerichtet, tolle Terrassen und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus. Unsere beiden Hunde haben 2 Wochen keine Leine gebraucht. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet!Einen Wermutstropfen gab es dann aber auch. In der Anzeige steht " kostenloser Internetzugang per WLAN" Den gab es aber nicht. In der Hausbeschreibung vor Ort stand, dass man sich eine Karte für den Internetzugang kaufen könne.Trotzdem ein wunderbarer Platz zum chillen und wohlfühlen.Kommen sicher wieder.

Ich hatte mich schon vor Monaten bei Ihnen bedankt für die tolle Bewertung, möchte aber unbedingt noch über das Portal folgendes richtig stellen: ES GIBT KOSTENLOSES INTERNET UND WLAN! Wir hatten es leider versäumt die Informationen zum WLAN in unserer kleinen Broschüre, die im Haus ausliegt, zu aktualisieren. Die Info im Heftchen, das ich vor Anreise per E-Mail geschickt hatte, welches die gültigen Informationen und Zugangsdaten enthalten hat, wurde überlesen :-( Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie es bei einem zweiten Besuch noch einmal testen wollen!

In dem sehr schönen, gemütlichen und geschmackvoll restaurierten Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und besonders die Küche sind sehr gut augestattet. Jeden Tag haben wir den weiten Blick in die Landschaft und die absolute Ruhe genossen. Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte und Dörfer sind sehr zu empfehlen, aber für untrainierte Radfahrer ist ein E-Bike sinnvoll.Der Kontakt zu Frau Wehr war sehr angenehm, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Perfekt

Vom ersten Kontakt an hat alles perfekt geklappt. Und dann haben wir uns auch noch sehr wohl gefühlt an diesem schönen Platz. Die Sonne hat in unserer Urlaubswoche dem ganzen den Punkt drauf gesetzt. Hier könnte man sich aber auch bei Regen wohlfühlen, so liebevoll ist das Haus gemacht.

Klasse Landhaus in den Marken

Wir hatten eine super Woche im Haus Casa Pietra Assolata. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage, mega ruhig und ist landestypisch, aber top ausgestattet. Mit den Vermietern konnte klasse kommuniziert werden (WhatsApp, Mail oder Telefon) und das auch noch auf deutsch. Wenn die Entfernung nicht wäre, würden wir im Herbst gleich wieder buchen. Alles in Allem eine Empfehlung. Herzlichen an Alexandra!

Wunderbare Tage in Mergo

Wir vier Freundinnen durften eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, und die Umgebung ist umwerfend. Wichtig für uns war auch die Nähe von zwei hervorragenden Restaurants, die wir zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Bei täglichen Ausflügen erkundeten wir die netten Städtchen, die in den Marken zumeist auf den Hügeln thronen. Im Haus lag eine sehr ausführliche liebevoll gestaltete Broschüre, die uns mit ihren Tipps geholfen hat. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr angenehm. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem tollen Haus von Familie Wehr. Von Anfang an haben wir uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und für uns vorbereitet. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Wehr hat super geklappt und war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Blick in die Ferne sehr genossen. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight, besonders für unsere Kinder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Umgebung, egal ob im Dorfladen zu Fuß, oder mit dem Auto zu den größeren Geschäften. Das Haus und Mergo selbst haben eine wunderbare Lage für zahlreiche tolle Ausflüge. Wir können dieses schöne Juwel nur jedem ans Herz legen, der seinen Alltag einfach entschleunigen möchte, Flora und Fauna im grandiosen Garten genießen möchte und die wunderschönen Marken ohne viel Tourismus erkunden möchte. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier Urlaub machen durften. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes restauriertes Bauernhaus, wo nichts fehlt. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig und ländlich, trotzdem ist man , ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell in den umliegenden Ortschaften entweder für Besorgungen zu tätigen oder um Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen. Das Meer ist in 45 min erreichbar und die Aussichten von den Bergen sind fantastisch.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Mergo, in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet und sehr schön renoviert. Auch der Garten wurde toll angelegt und das ganze Grundstück ist ein Traum. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind werden wir definitiv nochmal kommen. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Natursteinhaus

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Perfekt und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in toller Gegend. Alleinstehend, im Grünen mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Dorf ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Wandern in die Berge, ans Meer oder zu den malerischen Städtchen der Marken.

Very rustic and Italian!

We have been to Italy before however this time we felt like we were really in Italy! The home has been beautifully renovated , keeping all the rustic styling while including updated bathrooms and kitchen. It is located in an incredible beautiful part of Le Marche. In October, when we were there we encountered no tourist at all and very little English was spoken, immersing us in a truly Italian experience. Fantastic place to spend time in Italy!!

Das was wir wollte war ruhe und Erholung, das haben wir hier bekommen. War eichfach toll.

Das Haus ist außerhalb von Dorf, kein Verkehr unser Sohn kommt rennen und machen wie er wollte und wir mussten nicht immer hinterher schauen. Das Haus ist für Familie sehr gut geeignet. Einfach toll.

Heerlijk huis!

We hebben een heerlijke week in het mooie verzorgde huis gehad! Deze is van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk ruim. De omgeving is prachtig en zeer rustig. Het verblijf is zeer de moeite waard. Enige minpuntje zijn de vele muggen.

Liebe Familie Persoon, vielen Dank für die schöne Bewertung, es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen unser Haus und die Region so gut gefallen hat. Im Sommer können die Mücken wirklich sehr lästig werden, aber leider haben wir darauf keinen Einfluss. Wir haben von unserer Seite alles mögliche getan um es zumindest im Haus mückenfrei zu halten ( Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und Netze über den Betten) . Für die Abende im Freien muss man Mückenspray verwenden. Schade, dass Sie uns dafür einen Stern weniger gegeben haben.

A very nice house and owners very helpful

This place is a delight with a restauration and a decoration perfectly done, with love and taste. We enjoyed every single day of our stay there. The owners have thought of all the details and needs and give useful informations on the neighborhood. The terrace is perfect for breakfast and meals with a nice view on the countryside. The region around is really worth visiting, full of treasures in terms of art, historical building, great food and wines. A place to recommend highly !

Relaxing Getaway in beautiful setting

Just spent a week at this lovely property...the scenery was really beautiful and we had exceptional weather. Property was very well equipped and very clean. The furnishings were of high standard and plenty of outdoor chairs and places to sit. Early morning breakfast right outside door...its cool there and then lunch round the corner under the shade and pool time in and out to keep cool. Great pool shower. Bathrooms very modern and mossy nets on beds very helpful. Frans who owns B&B nearby came to do pool 3 times and we joined him and family at winery visit with tasting and falconary display. Walked into the village and found great supermarket for provisions a short drive away. . 1.79 for great rose and 4.39 euro for prosseco. Last night went to Vitorria rest and that was lovely...saw lots of English and Belgium people at the airport the next day who recalled seeing us and us them...funny. Ceiling fans and other fans provided in the house. Would recommend for a peaceful, unspoiled Italy experience. Check out the local restaurant bar in the village...incredible pasta and lovely people...

Ein kleines Paradies

Ein kleines Paradies „Casa Pietra Assolata“… das können wir wirklich für unseren Urlaub im Juni 2017 in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sagen. Das einstige Landhaus ist mit sehr viel Liebe von den Eigentümern restauriert worden, die Symbiose zwischen den modernen Elementen und der vorhanden Baustruktur ist sehr gelungen. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl…. diese Ruhe… nur die Natur… einfach fantastisch. Das Anwesen bittet die Möglichkeit, dass man sich zurückziehen kann oder auch das man in Gruppe (wir waren 7 Personen) gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse verbringen kann. Die sehr gute Informationsbroschüre angefangen bei der Anfahrtsbeschreibung über wichtige Aspekte zum Haus und die Gegend bis hin zu Ausflügen / Restaurantempfehlungen der Eigentümer runden den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck perfekt ab. Perfect holiday stay

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5 adults and one child. The house is perfect for 2 families. It is really nice to have al the standard things in the kitchen, like Salt, pepper, spices, dishwasher tablets, etc, it makes life easy. The house is very beautiful renovated and the decoration is very stylish. The garden and space around the house is also beautiful. We were there only for a long weekend, but it felt like a week. We would definitely go back again.

Wir waren sehr lange auf der Suche nach einem Ferienhaus. Unsere Vorstellungen waren sehr anspruchsvoll. So waren wir sehr froh, dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus in den Marken gefunden zu haben. Landschaftlich idyllisch in Alleinlage hinter einem kleinen Weinberg gelegen mit Blick auf die Hügellandschaft. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet.
