Currently our holiday home has 4 independent apartments of different sizes with maximum retention of the original features that are typical of Italian houses.

All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace and have a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave and separate living and sleeping areas.

All apartments have radiators with gas heating.

There is WiFi in and around the house.

There is a large pool of 12x6m (salt electrolysis) with wonderful views of the area and the Apennines, which has an elevated pool house with a portico.

There is a playground for the little ones.

The front of the garden is dominated by a huge mulberry tree, which has a trunk with a circumference of more than 6 meters. After the locals, it's probably one of the largest in all of Italy.

Guests can pick the fruit fresh from the trees in the garden: mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - persimmons.

There is no landscape pollution from electricity pylons, solar panels, cell phone masts or busy roads.
If you're lucky, you'll see a herd of deer or wild boar pass by the casa while a few eagles or falcons patrol their territory from the air.

The house is quietly situated in a hilly landscape and surrounded by land.

The house is centrally located between the Adriatic beaches (25 km, approx. 30 minutes by car) and the Apennines (30 km, approx. 40 minutes by car).

There are many typical restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our Casa and on the coast you can fully enjoy the delicious dishes with fresh fish and shellfish. The Marchegian cuisine, based on the excellent pure Italian cuisine, has simple delicious dishes without excitement, but with an abundance of organic ingredients and prepared with love just as it was 100 years ago. In addition, a delicious local wine and you will find yourself in the culinary heaven, all without burning a hole in your wallet.
