Surrounded by greenery and yet easily and quickly accessible. The next town Cupramontana, just a few kilometers away, is a pretty medieval town with a lot of original charm. It takes just 30 minutes to reach the sea by car, and it takes less than an hour to the wonderful beaches of the Conero; The journey to the nature reserve of the Sibillini Mountains is hardly longer, perfect for climbing tours or mountain biking.
The spectacular grotto of Frasassi, one of the world's most fascinating cave complexes, is a day trip, as are the charming classic cities of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio - with their numerous cultural treasures.

Il Cantinone was built over 100 years ago and used as a winery for the surrounding winegrowers. At the turn of the millennium, the property, which had now fallen into ruin, was very complex and rebuilt according to modern standards. Today we can offer 2 fully equipped and luxuriously furnished apartments, a spacious and well-equipped barbecue area and a spacious sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols and of course a great swimming pool! Our cool ballroom is ideal for hosting large family celebrations or parties.
