Charming, newly renovated country house in the Marche

Welcome to the Casa Collinetta.
Our country house is on a small hill and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the unique nature of the Marche.
The app. Nerone, for 2 to 4 people (at ground level) is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. TV, WiFi and a pelet oven await you. The kitchen has a four-burner stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster. Basic equipment of spices and coffee is available. Bed linen and towels do not have to be brought. The apartment has its own patio, the large garden can be used by everyone. Loungers and garden furniture are available. The pool (7.00 mx 3.50 m, depth 1.40 m) with shower is available to all guests. Just like the large covered outdoor patio.
Our house is a non-smoking house.

Pour les amoureux de calme et de paysages à couper le souffle (vue à 360°), ce logement est parfait ! Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. Ils sont à la fois serviables et discrets. L'hébergement est fonctionnel et aménagé avec goût. Nous recommandons vivement !

Fantastisk sted og værtspar

Et dejligt sted hvor alting bare er i orden. Super værtspar som altid er klar til at hjælpe om det gælder anbefaling af seværdigheder, spisesteder, ture eller noget praktisk som vasketøjet. De lavede også pizza aften med Peters hjemmelavede pizza - de kan varmt anbefales 🤩

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir wurden mit viel Herzlichkeit empfangen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und bedanken uns nochmal bei Heike und Peter für die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort!! Rudi und Daniela aus Südtirol
