Sea and hills, charm and relaxation in a medieval village a few kilometers from the sea

Our property is located in Ostra Vetere, an ancient medieval town in the Marche region, a few kilometers from the beautiful Senigallia beach, known as the "velvet" beach due to the softness of its sand. This is not a simple apartment, but of the noble floor of the building which once belonged to the Franceschini counts. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large dining room at your disposal, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom for a total of about 300 square meters. Space is not lacking! The furnishings are antique, the ceilings of the living rooms and bedrooms are decorated with seventeenth-century stuccos and paintings, the floors are in polychrome terracotta, original from the period, near the kitchen there is a large brick fireplace for cooking barbecues and roast in the company of friends. For those who love to play, in one of the two rooms there is a perfectly functioning piano. Even if the stay in our house will make you jump into the past, you will have all the comforts of modern life at your disposal: TV, internet wi-fi, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, washing machine and iron and ironing board; the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2013. On request we can also provide a daily cleaning service. In the town of Ostra Vetere you can find supermarkets, grocery stores, bakery, tobacconist, bar, tourist office, bank, post office and medical center. There is also a beautiful spa within walking distance. However, to fully enjoy the countless cultural and culinary attractions offered by the Marche Region, the use of a car is recommended. The main tourist attractions are close at hand and easily accessible.
