Gryffindor is located in the hills above Pergola with views of Mount Catria. The house is on two independent levels, the ground floor consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (sleeps 4), the upper floor of a double bedroom, one single and one double , kitchen, living room with TV, dining room and bathroom (sleeps 5/6).
The outdoor space is large (1.5 ha); a large patio is equipped with tables, chairs and benches; adjoining a table tennis room, wood stove, and a small barbecue. The house is very quiet and peaceful, bordered by farmland and forest, there are wild animals: deer wild boars, porcupines, foxes etc.
The location is strategic: 30km c is the sea (Marotta, Senigallia, Fano), 15km to the mountain where you can enjoy many excursions. In the neighborhood there are many the splendid medieval towns such as Urbino, Mondavio, Cagli, Corinaldo and many others.

Sehr großzügiger Außenbereich

Unser Aufenthalt in Pergola war sehr schön. Rita ist eine außerordentlich aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Selbst als wir einen Kinderarzt benötigt haben, hat sie extra für uns eine Termin vereinbart. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Garten ist perfekt für Familien geeignet. Insektenschutz ist absolut notwendig. Kein WLAN vorhanden und auch der handyempfang ist im Haus schlecht. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist super.

Schönes rustikales Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, wir haben die Stille und das Vogelgezwitscher sehr genossen. Der Pool hat bis in die Nacht für Abkühlung gesorgt. Wir haben uns alle sehr Wohl gefühlt. Rita reinigte alle zwei Tage den Pool und war immer zur Stelle wenn wir mal wieder den Schalter der Pumpe aus versehen betätigt haben :) Danke, für den Wein. Wir können das Haus wirklich weiter empfehlen.

phantastisches Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Außenanlagen sind ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Aussicht und Ruhe sind einfach nicht zu toppen.

Ottima posizione per chi cerca una vacanza lontano dallo stress circondati dal verde e dal silenzio Piscina comoda e di dimensioni soddisfacenti Ottimo luogo per chi viaggia con cani avendo tanto spazio intorno alla casa Anche se è una casa di campagna consiglio però di migliorare la pulizia e di curare maggiormente i servizi base ed i comfort , oggetti buttati qua e là danno a volte l impressione di un posto trascurato Il panorama è favoloso meglio di come sembra in foto

Sejour entre voisins

Rita fût une hôte bien gentil et elle entretien bien sa piscine. Nous avons été bien accueilli, nous devions nous retrouver sur une place du village afin d'être guidé jusqu'à la villa. La villa de l'extérieur est très bien. Vue magnifique, terrasse couverte, barbecue, jardin, piscine, ... A l'intérieur, il y a de la place et c'est bien équipé. Ce qui est dommage c'est l'agencement car deux accès différent au logement et une seule clé. Malheureusement la propreté était le gros point négatif. A notre arrivée nous avons dû laver tout ce qu'on utilisait assiettes, couverts, verres, casseroles,... Dans les chambres les plafonds étaient remplis de toile d'araignées et d'insectes. Nous avons du récupérer un jeu d'enfants derrière le divan et c'était vraiment très sale et plein d'insectes morts et vivants derrière celui-ci. Il est vrai que nous avons été déranger par nombreux insectes (tans, moustiques, araignées, ...) dû au champs mais ce fût un peu excessif... La propreté au niveau sanitaire n'était pas top non plus. Niveau électricité nous avons rencontré quelques soucis, les lumières clignotaient régulièrement et les plombs on sauté plusieurs fois. Au début du séjour c'était certainement dû aux intempéries mais après il a fait magnifique et le dernier soir nous avons eu du mal a préparer notre souper. Pour 10 personnes l'eau c'était compliqué. Certains n'avaient plus deau chaude pour se laver et parfois l'eau se coupait. Malgré tout cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Lovely old farm with a great view

This lovely old farmhouse looks dated, but everything was there an functioning. The view was stunning! Rita was very helpful. We very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Our dog also loved it here as she could chase the deer that passed the house every night. Great for people loving the outdoors. Don’t forget to bring your mosquito protection, as you should everywhere in this area.

Séjour paradisiaque!

Une très grande maison, très agréable à vivre (tout le confort: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc...), très bien placée avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous étions 11 personnes, sans problème. Rita était très disponible tout en restant discrète. Pergola est une petite ville très agréable (musée des bronzes dorés exceptionnel), bien située, à 30 mn de la mer adriatique, et 45 mn d'Urbino.

Stay in Pergola July 2021

The house was well equiped both for ground floor and first floor, all things worked without bigger issues, nice terrace also for the evenings, and a lot of cosy spots in the garden. Fantastic view over the mountains, especially when swimming in the nice pool. If problems arrised,, Rita (owner) was instantly on the task, extremly good service. A lot of cities and views nearby within 30 min by car to visit, only 5 min drive to Pergola centre.

Super Haus für großen Familien

Das Haus hat viel Platz für mehrere Familien. Wir waren zwei, beide mit Kleinkinder und es war uns möglich einander nicht zu stören, weil das Haus zwei Teile hat. Für Kinder - ein Paradies! Pool, große Wiese, viele Schaukeln, es gibt sogar kleine Rutsche. Und! Am Abend - Glühwürmchen! Überall wächst etwas, was duftet: Dorst, Rosmarin, Salbei, Minze. Und der Blick auf den Hügel gegenüber ist zauberhaft. Auf der großen Terrasse lässt es sich ganz gemütlich speisen und auch sich verweilen. Ein von den Kommentaren hat Mücken erwähnt. Bei uns gab es keine. Wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Und Rita ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pergola sehr genossen. Die Marken haben uns fasziniert und wir waren überrascht über die Schönheit der Region. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto schnell in der Stadt (Pergola ca. 5min) und diese ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 40min). Der Wochenmarkt (Samstag) ist klasse. Das Bronzestatuen Museum ist relativ klein und die Beschreibungen sind auf Italienisch. Pergola Tartuffi bietet sehr interessante und leckere Trüffelführungen an. Die Tropfsteinhöhlen von Frasassi sind gut zu erreichen und ein Besuch lohnt sich. Am Meer ist in man in einer dreiviertel Stunde. Schöne Badestellen am Fluss kann man z.B. in Furlo finden. Urbino ist wunderschön und es gibt fantastisches Eis. Die Kinder haben den Pool genossen und viel Zeit im Tischtennisraum verbracht. DasHaus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pizzaofen hinter dem Haus ist total super und genügend Holz ist auch vorhanden. Rita war immer sofort zu erreichen und war eine nette Gastgeberin. Wir hätten uns noch Mückennetze für die Betten (oder vor den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern) gewünscht.

"paese mio che stai sulla collina"

In cerca di qualche giorno di relax, le Marche sono ormai da anni la mia prima scelta. Quest'anno io e il mio compagno abbiamo scelto le colline pergolesi e anche questa volta non ci siamo sbagliati; dopo aver cercato qui sul sito, l'attenzione è caduta proprio sulla foto. Rita, giovane e gentile gestrice del casale, ci ha messo a disposizione il piano inferiore nonostante siano normalmente previste 4 persone. Struttura rustica, ben curata, immersa nel verde e con un panorama mozzafiato, specialmente al tramonto..per non parlare della quantità di stelle che si possono vedere a luci spente dal prato antistante la casa. All'interno, il piano si compone di un ampio salone, una spaziosa camera arredata semplicemente e con molto gusto con mobili antichi e letto in ferro battuto, un cucinotto e il bagno. Ad arricchire il tutto una terrazza da cui goderti la meravigliosa vista accompagnato solo dai suoni della natura. La prima colazione è inclusa ed essendo solo in due ci è stato fatto un prezzo ridotto rispetto alla cifra normale..peccato solo che la notte fosse ancora troppo fresca per godersela fino a tardi!

Grifondoro splendido soggiorno!

Casa molto accogliente immersa nel verde a 3 minuti di auto da Pergola, panorama stupendo, silenziosissimo in quanto in pieno verde, le camere sono semplici e comode, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il forno a legna e le partite a ping pong...un posto da sogno da provare...
