Country House on Top of the World

The structure is of two separate apartments. You can rent the entire Country House or one of the two apartments of Which it is composed. It is a fantastic setting for large - extended families or groups of friends. One apartment with three large bedrooms and two baths. The second with two large bedrooms and two baths. Both apartments have full kitchens equip with oven and stove. Satellite TV available in Both as well as Internet service. Both apartments have separate outdoor shaded area with table and chairs for outside dining. An open grill and oven outdoors as well as a large (5mtX12mt) swimming pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Outdoor activities include the use of mountain bikes at no additional cost, to brand new bocce ball court and outdoors games for children. During summer months there is Also a vegetable garden available for our guests to use along with fresh eggs each morning. All windows are equipt with nets and shades. There is a laundry room available for our guests with washing machine at no cost.

Wundervoll

Wir hatten zwei herrliche Wochen in Marios Haus. Viel Platz, Schatten, Pool, ein gut ausgestattetes Haus, ein unbeschreibliches Panorama …. Den Pizzaofen haben wir oft genutzt. Sehr hilfreich sind die guten Tips in der Hausmappe und direkt von Mario. Und ganz besonders erwähnenswert, der herzliche Empfang mit Wein, Käse und vielem mehr und die Versorgung mit Gemüse, Trüffeln und Eiern während unseres Urlaubs. Danke Mario! Ländliches Idyll mit traumhafter Aussicht

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Charme in absoluter Ruhe, einem super schön gelegenen Pool und traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Mario hat das alte Bauernhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und zwei geschmackvolle und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnungen eingerichtet. Alles ist blitzsauber und Mario ein äußerst aufmerksamer und jederzeit erreichbarer Gastgeber. Nicht zu vergessen Pluto, der English Pointer Hund, der mit seiner lieben Art (nicht nur) unsere Kinder verzaubert hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank, Mario!

super gut 😍 tolles Anwesen , tolles Haus , einfach klasse , Vermieter Mario ist der Beste 👍🏻

1+ für diesen Urlaub 🧳 Das Haus ist perfekt 👌🏼, abseits von jeglichen Nachbarn kann man entspannen aber auch mal laut Musik am Pool hören. Der Pool ist phantastisch und alles ist perfekt sauber. Vermieter Mario steht ständig per WhatsApp zur Verfügung und gibt Tipps und Hilfestellung. Sind super glücklich und zufrieden 😁
