Casa il Tulipano is a spacious and charming country house, perfect for families or groups of up to 9 people.

The house features four large bedrooms:
- Downstairs: one bedroom with a private bathroom.
- Upstairs: three bedrooms with double beds, one of which also has a single bed. These rooms share a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub.
- For the little ones, there are two baby cots available, along with a stroller and two high chairs.

The biggest attractive of this house: Stay away from the mass tourism of other areas in Italy and experience the quiet joy of this very traditional and beautiful region in a privileged location! The house is big, with several comfortable bedrooms and beautifully finished bathrooms. It is separated in two floors, which is perfect if you travel with a big group or two families, as it gives you privacy. It was clean and very well maintained. The owner was very friendly and speaks several languages, which was very useful when booking the house. There is plenty to do in the area. The house is very close to several wineries and delicious restaurants. The sea is only a few kilometres away. Which makes this house a perfect spot to enjoy both the countryside and the sea life. Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool

Es war wunderschön, das Haus hat einen großen Pool und ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist neu und sehr komfortabel, besonders durch die 2 Backöfen und den Getränkekühlschrank. Die Landschaft ist hügelig aber wunderschön! Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!Für Ausflüge zu umliegenden Ortschaften und ländlicher Gastronomie ist es gut gelegen, zum tollen Sandstrand nach Torrette ist es leider etwas weit.

Ruim en comfortabel huis op een prachtige locatie

Heerlijk huis met zeer ruime kamers. Het zwembad overtrof onze verwachtingen. Groot met prima ligbedden en gelukkig ook parasols. Ook de locatie is super. Net buiten het dorp met een fantastisch uitzicht over de heuvels. Zonsondergang was elke avond weer genieten, niet in de laatste plaats door de heerlijke (lokale) wijn die tegen een zeer gereduceerde prijs voor de huurders beschikbaar zijn. We hebben lang niet alles van de omgeving gezien dus gaan we zeker volgend jaar weer.

Een heerlijke vrijstaande woning, rust en ruimte !

3 heerlijke weken in deze fantastische ruime woning ervaren. Met volle teugen genoten van de volledig vrijliggende tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. Met de lekkere warme tot hete temperaturen bleef de woning beneden heerlijk koel ! Hier kun je genieten van het fantastische Italiaanse leven zoals we dat voor ogen hebben. Hier komen we nog eens terug !

Wil je met familie en/ of vrienden onthaasten in het aantrekkelijke Italie dan is het een aanrader! Het prachtige sfeervolle ruime huis met diverse ruimten biedt allelei mogelijkheden en privacy. De grote woonkeuken is uitermate geschikt voor de lekkerste culinaire momenten. Met een grote groep buiten aan tafel op z'n italiaans eten is Goddelijk. Het zwembad maakt het vakantieoord compleet! Je hoeft niet meer weg! Maar wanneer je de omgeving gaat verkennen proef je de Italiaanse sferen ten top. Strand en bergen zijn binnen bereik. Er liggen volop tips voor bezoek aan restaurants, bezienswaardigheden, wijnproeverijen en strand in huis Voor fietsliefhebbers zijn er genoeg uitdagingen. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar!

La dolce vita in het kwadraat

Wij waren met onze drie kinderen voor de 2e keer in deze grote, prachtige en gezellige woning. Veel rust, ruimte, natuur. Elke zijde van de woning heeft een adembenemend uitzicht. In de avond genoten we van de nachtegaal en vuurvliegjes. Heerlijk verkoelend zwembad. Pas wel op met kinderen zonder zwemdiploma. De omgeving kent vele mooie plekken om te bezichtigen, stadjes om te bezoeken, geweldige restaurantjes om te genieten van de Italiaanse keuken. Een echte aanrader voor een ieder die houdt van la dolce vita.

Prachtige villa met huiselijke sfeer in een mooie.

- de beschrijving geeft zonder meer een prima beeld van hetgeen wij aantroffen - de woning was heel schoon bij aankomst - de eigenaar snapt wat de gasten van een vakantiehuis verwachten, alles is aanwezig om een vakantiegevoel te versterken - wij zouden zeker dit huis bij familie aanbevelen ( met kinderen vanaf een paar jaar) - vrijwel alle in de huis brochure genoemde mogelijkheden in de omgeving zijn geweldig en de moeite waard .

As a family we are in love with Italy. We, Henk and Carol, spend as much time here as we can .But also the children love to escape the busy surroundings of Amsterdam and Switserland and have a nice holiday in the house, They swim in the pool. Ore they go to the beach and the big market in Fano for some greenies and fish to put on the barbecue. A trip to the mountains for a picknick ore have a meal in a restaurant. It is a place for family gathering. IT IS A PLACE FOR FAMILY GATHERING. ALL DAYS BRING JOY AND PLEASURE. AND ARE LIKE AN ITALIAN DREAM!

Why they chose this property

In 2006 we fell in love with this beautifull house in the Marche
It has so much to offer and we would like to share this with you. A house in the hills with a view on our own 42 olive trees and the wineyards of the winehouse Fiorini and the old walls of Barchi. The house is old but beautifully restored . Insite is the feeling of the old beams but the comfort of a good house.
Lovely days around the house, swimming in the pool ore go to the see. Relax with a book. under the portico with a pastameal and a glas of wine. The barbecue is burning and we have a wood burner on tne terrace. For children the surrounding is a big adventure. There is a cubbourd
with toys.
The house has a lot of extra's and has a very complete kitchen. But if you enjoy a good restaurant We have a list of the best restaurants in the surroundings. We know Winehouses and we have a list of top experiences and events.
For example :Urbino, a historical town is closely by but also places like Mondavio, Fano, Ancona, Senegallia and other places are worth visiting.
San Marino is one hour away for taxfreeshopping band the Marche is famous for outlet shops especially quality shoeshops. In summer there are conserts and festa's everywhere. Each year there is a jazzfestifal in Fano. There is the worldfamous opera of Macerata. Truffles in
the late season.
Everything to go home ,rested and with a good feeling.

What makes this property unique

A good friend of us was a painter and he made the beautifull fresco's on the walls of the house. The angel of Raphael, View on Mondavio. The flowers wich bloom in abbundance around the house.
We try to make the garden something special for everyone with lights in the evening on the flowers , on- and in the swimming pool. There are herbs to use in the kitchen and for the barbecue. Make a stroll between our own olive trees. THE FEELING OF LA DOLCA VITA.!
