Perfect Apartment for Traveling with Friends and Visiting Pesaro Urbino Province

This is a huge, comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms & bath on one side & 2 bedrooms & bath on the other so it was ideal for two couples traveling together. There's a nice kitchen, dining room, & living room. It is easy to park just outside the walls, a short walk to the apartment. Mondavio is a cute little village that has just about everything you need with bars and restaurants, a small bakery & shop, and small supermarket below town. It's a great place to hang out and to use as a base for visiting other small towns in the area. Owner provided a lot of helpful information and was easy to get in touch with. Our stay was even better than I expected.

ESPERIENZA FANTASTICA IN UN BORGO DAL SAPORE ANTICO

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel periodo dal 31/12/2022 al 6/01/2023 in 7 persone, 4 adulti e 3 adolescenti. La casa è fantastica! Si riesce a coniugare lo stare insieme rispettando la privacy di ognuno grazie all'ampiezza e alla disposizione degli spazi. L'appartamento si trova al centro di un meraviglioso borgo medievale dislocato in posizione strategica sia verso il mare che per visitare i principali luoghi e cittadine della zona. Unica pecca l'assenza della televisione e la scarsissima connessione wi-fi che ha limitato sia gli adolescenti che noi adulti. Un caloroso ringraziamento alla signora Florisa che ci ha sempre supportato e consigliato.

Casa enorme e bellissima

La casa è molto grande ed è composta da due appartamenti. L'arredamento è nuovo, ci sono tutte le comodità di casa e la location è davvero bella.

Appartamento maestoso, pulito, bello, piacevolissimo.

Appartamento grandioso proprio nel centro storco di Mondavio. Un piacere tornare in questa casa dopo le belle gite nei dintorni, ma anche passare in casa un giorno di pigrizia: i muri spessi permettono di avere sempre la casa fresca. L'arredamento è curato anche se basic, forse un armadio o una cassettiera in più non guasterebbero, ma è talmente piacevole che noi, in 5, siamo stati ben 17 giorni senza problemi ugualmente. Tutto molto pulito ed in ordine, cucina con quello che serve e di qualità . Camere grandi, bagni ampi, camminare a piedi nudi sul cotto e ascoltare le campane . Ci ha fatto amare le Marche che non conoscevamo, già voglia di tornare. Il negozio alimentare sotto ha le cose di base per una sopravvivenza e ottimi cantucci con le mandorle. comunque con la macchina si arriva ai soliti ipermercati e d'estate banchetti di frutta e verdura ovunque. Inoltre Mondavio propone in estate serate all'aperto piacevoli, musica, ricostruzioni, insomma, un bel borgo in cui passeggiare la sera. Sì, ottima esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chi volesse farsi un giro nelle Marche e cercasse una base. Da lontano ci siamo sentiti comunque accuditi dai proprietari, che ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per raggiungere l'appartamento e come muoverci (consiglio di aggiungere una nota per la gestione della spazzatura, non banale) e pronti ad aiutare quando abbiamo avuto qualche dubbio o domanda. Da migliorare: il Wifi è decisamente faticoso, i figli adolescenti un po' lo hanno sofferto. Io di mio ho invece ringraziato.....punti di vista.

Agosto 2018 Conquistati dalla bellezza di Mondavio e coccolati dalla cortesia dei suoi abitanti abbiamo trascorso una vacanza all'insegna della celebrazione del Medioevo grazie alla splendida festa paesana"Caccia al Cinghiale". Merito del prezioso ricordo che conserveremo e' anzitutto dato dalla stupenda abitazione di Carla,confortevole,signorile,molto ampia,ottimamente attrezzata,tranquilla se pur centralissima,veramente bella! Un luogo da 10&Lode

Spacious, clean apt in beautiful medieval town

Carla rents a very large, clean and simply beautiful apartment. We were two families traveling with children. The beds and pillows were very comfortable; the kitchen, week-stocked; the bathrooms large. The baker with small grocery was located beneath our rooms. We loved the sound of the city life and sitting at the Duke bar throughout the day and evening. We would definitely consider staying in Mondavio with Carla again. Parking around and below the city was never more than a short walk. We were a short, easy drive from the beaches and many other wonderful walled towns. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Carla! Abbiamo soggiornato a Mondavio la settimana di capodanno, il paese è molto tranquillo,e accogliente.La casa è davvero molto spaziosa e funzionale : noi eravamo in 9 e siamo stati comodissimi.Un buon punto di partenza per visitare città come Urbino ma anche per fare un giro al mare.Grazie alla Sig.ra Carla e Flo per la disponibilita. Soggiorno da "favola"

Si può " godere " Mondavio solo abitando nel suo borgo storico. Io ci sono riuscito anche grazie alla scelta abitativa fatta. Mia moglie,al nostro rientro a Lecce,mi ha convinto a ricreare su un muro del nostro soggiorno il prospetto della casa vacanza di Mondavio con i tipici mattoncini rossi e le persiane in legno.

Sognando di tornarci!

Trascorso splendida vacanza con amiche. Mondavio ti riporta indietro nel tempo e riesci a lasciarti alle spalle tutti i pensieri! La casa è bellissima, arredata con molto gusto e semplicità. Spazi ampi e confortevoli, massima pulizia e disponibilità dei proprietari. Abbiamo girato tantissimo nelle Marche e in Umbria: borghi, campagna e mare (Senigallia). Ma io non vedevo l'ora di rientrare a Mondavio e andare a mangiare nel ristorante di fronte a casa al fresco sotto dei bellissimi Cedri. Al mattino colazione in piazza. La cucina però è arredata molto bene quindi chi vuole può cucinare. E c'è pure la lavastoviglie! Ottimo posto sia per vacanza familiare sia per gruppo di amici. Spero di tornarci prestissimo!

Incantevole

Luogo perfetto per riposare corpo e anima. La casa è in pieno borgo e appena arrivi sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato. Arredata con gusto e funzionale. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e danno molte informazioni su cosa fare e dove andare in zona. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa e appena possibile torneremo.

La vita è bella

La grande casa al centro del paese permette di vivere al meglio questo incantevole borgo. I grandi spazi delle camere, La grande cucina tutta equipaggiata e il salone affrescato rendono la vacanza di un lusso di altri tempi. Il recente restauro e la pulizia degli interni permettono il migliore confort. I bambini hanno girato per il paese ed i giardini senza rischi e con grande autonomia. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare .

Stupenda casa nel centro di Mondavio

Una casa bellissima nel centro di questo splendido paese. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto interessante e visitato Mondavio e dintorni con gran piacere. La casa è arredata con gran gusto, è spaziosa e molto comoda. Consigliabile sia a famiglie con bambini che a gruppi di amici che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza culturale/culinaria insieme. Very very charming, we hope to come again!
