The flat is located in the 'design centre' of London on Kings Road, nearby Chelsea Football stadium and Fulham Broadway tube stop.

The flat has it own private door on Kings Road, when you enter you go up the stairs to the huge open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, with large TV and Sonos speaker. The contemporary kitchen is well stocked with all new appliances, including a separate washer and dryer and a dishwasher plus new pots/pans/knives and everything you'll need to cook yourself up a good meal. Up the stairs is a small 1/2 bathroom and you continue up to the top floor where there are two stunning bedrooms, each with their own TV. The Master has an en-suite shower room and there is another full size bathroom with bath and shower unit. There is plenty of hanging and drawer space and luxury beds and top end linen. Air conditioning units in both bedrooms which is rare for a London property. No expense spared this is the style of the opulent Kings Road at it’s best.

Why they chose this property

This is a truly stunning property, it is located on the Kings Road which leads up to Sloane Square and also is about a 5min walk to Fulham Broadway tube station tube stop (Circle and District Lines). The owner has done it up very nicely and has owned it for years and, they have great pride in it and very high standards.

What makes this property unique

It is positioned on the kings road which has great restaurants and designer shops. It also it very close to Chelsea football club stadium Stamford Bridge.
