## Space

This comfortable and light studio is perfect for a couple. It is super centrally located and just minutes from the beach!
We have space for 2 guests. The studio is fully equipped with a bed, an armchair, a walk-in shower, a toilet, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate electric stove and oven, coffee maker and kettle and small fridge.

Studio 2 is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only.

Bed: 160x200 consisting of two boxspring single beds, can be separated.

## Neighborhood

Pension Brederode consists of 5 separate holiday accommodations. It is located right next to the beach with many beach bars/restaurants - your toes will be in the sand in under 5 minutes. The town centre with supermarkets, shops and bars/restaurants is just 10 minutes walking away.

Zandvoort is a lovely beach town with many shops, bars and restaurants, nightlife and (watersport) activities. It's located close to Haarlem and Amsterdam which are easy to reach by public transport.

## Transit

The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.

Ganz ok

Die FeWo ist recht hübsch, klein und das Bad noch kleiner. Die Lage ist recht gut! Leider war die Toilette nicht am Boden fixiert und der Hahn in der Küche hatte sehr gewackelt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, ansonsten alles passabel

Gute Lage mit einigen Abzügen

Positives vorweg: super Lage in Strandnähe, super Kommunikation mit der Agentur, bei Fragen in Kürze geantwortet. Nun die negativen Eindrücke: Reinigungspauschale nicht gerechtfertigt da es nicht sauber war (Backofen dreckig, Staubflusen an der Decke, Schimmel in der Dusche, Armatur in der Küche locker, Toilette nicht befestigt und als kleines Highlight am letzten Tag etwas Mausekot entdeckt) Insgesamt zum Schlafen okay wenn man dort nicht viel Zeit verbringen möchte.

Small but adequat apartment

We had a good time at this place with our dog. The people are very friendly and helpful and the apartement has everything you need. We faced just some small things that could be fixed in the future and the stairs are a bit adventurous but we will definitely recommend this place!

Man hört die anderen Gäste. Vor allem wenn diese Wasser laufenlassen etc.hört man irgendwelche Boiler o.ä. Im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung aber man sollte auch nicht zu viel erwarten

Für Hunde bedingt geeignet

War alles völlig in Ordnung. Nur mit Hund, vor allem wie in meinem Fall einem 5 Monate alten Schäferhund Welpen, nicht geeignet. Ausnahme: Man sagt dazu, dass man ins Erdgeschoss möchte. Die Treppen waren viel zu schmal und steil für meine kleine und sie ist mehrfach die Stufen "runtergerollt" anstatt gelaufen. Also entweder einen tragbaren Welpen oder Hund mitnehmen, wenn man nicht das Erdgeschoss bekommt, wäre meine einzige Anmerkung :)
