This cosy attic studio with a balcony is perfect for a couple. It is super centrally located and just minutes from the beach!
We have space for 2 guests. The studio is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate electric stove and oven, coffee maker and kettle and small fridge.
Studio 4 is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only and has a lovely balcony with a seating area.

Bed: 160x200 consisting of two boxspring single beds, can be separated.

Pension Brederode consists of 5 separate holiday accommodations. It is located right next to the beach with many beach bars/restaurants - your toes will be in the sand in under 5 minutes. The town centre with supermarkets, shops and bars/restaurants is just 10 minutes walking away.

Zandvoort is a lovely beach town with many shops, bars and restaurants, nightlife and (watersport) activities. It's located close to Haarlem and Amsterdam which are easy to reach by public transport.

## Transit

The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.

Blown away

Good. except for wind blowing through the window at the top of the stairs rattling the door all night. Couldn’t close the window. And drainage issue which brought swerage up through the shower drain when draining the kitchen sink with a foul smell.

Un joli petit studio

Très propre et fonctionnel, quartier calme mais... les cloisons laissent passer tous les bruits donc si vous avez des voisins bruyants dans le studio à côté, prenez des boules quies 😉 Le wifi est capricieux, on est souvent déconnecté, c'est assez pénible. Un petit conseil, prenez des sacs à dos car on ne peut pas stationner près de la maison, et les escaliers sont extrêmement abrupts pour monter au 2e... Mais à part ces petits inconvénients, beau studio et lits confortables.

The Adress of the Apartement was incorrect. A phone call with Rental Valley helped,check in then easy. Very nice Apartement for two,lovely Terrace on the roof.

Time to renovate

Sadly the appartement did not look as new and there are a few things that need to be fixed. The floor is damaged, the sockets are loose and badly fixed with ducktape and the vent in the toilet is not working. And it is quite challenging to climb the narrow stairs. With this few fixes this studio would be great and it has a good location as well.
