This romantic attic studio is perfect for a couple. It is super centrally located and just minutes from the beach!
We have space for 2 guests. The studio is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate electric stove and oven, coffee maker and kettle and small fridge.
Studio 3 is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only.

Bed: 160x200 consisting of two boxspring single beds, can be separated.

Zandvoort is a lovely beach town with many shops, bars and restaurants, nightlife and (watersport) activities. It's located close to Haarlem and Amsterdam which are easy to reach by public transport.

The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.

Never ever again

Really rude landlord, we have been in Zandvoort since 5 years several times a year, always haüppy with the apartments we stayed at...but this is absolutely no to recommend.

Räumlichkeiten

idealerweise nur für Pärchen ( bis zu einer Körpergröße bis 1,70 m ) geeignet, da geringer Platz, teilweise auch sehr beengt, da Alles in einem Raum ( außer WC ) teilweise ist Mobiliar zu erneuern, da schon sehr „abgewohnt“

die unterkunft entsprach nicht den erwartungen und nicht den fotos von fewo

dieses objekt ist für urlaub nicht geeignet,die küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet,fehlendes geschirr,keine mikrowelle,kein geschirrspüler.es fehlte ein bad,kein waschbecken,dusche mit sehr schmalen eingang. der allerschlechteste urlaub bisher!

Schön - mit Einschränkungen

Auf den ersten Blick ist es ein hübsches Appartement. Auf den zweiten Blick gibt es aber durchaus Einschränkungen die den Aufenthalt etwas trüben. Kein Kleiderschrank: Das Appartement verfügt über keine Möglichkeit ein paar Kleidungsstücke aufhängen zu können. Es gibt Kommoden mit Schubladen, aber das ist nicht ausreichend, gerade wenn man länger bleiben möchte. Kofferaufbewahrung: eine Möglichkeit den Koffer so unterzubringen, dass er nicht dauernd im Weg ist besteht auch nicht. Somit geht die Romantik nach spätestens zwei Tagen flöten, weil der Platz dann doch eng wird. Kein separates Badezimmer: Das mag im ersten Moment nicht so schlimm sein, sich am Spülbecken die Zähne zu putzen, spätestens wenn man sich rasieren oder schminken möchte ist das echt nicht sonderlich prickelnd, zumal über dem Spülbecken kein Spiegel hängt. Einstieg in die Dusche: die Tür zur Dusche lässt sich nur verschieben. Somit ist eine Einstiegsbreite von ca 45 bis 50 cm vorhanden. Ich als erwachsener Mann musste mich seitlich in die Dusche reinmanövrieren. Korpulentere Menschen oder eine schwangere Frau dürften da echt Probleme haben rein zu kommen. Küche und Ausstattung ist ok, zum Brötchen aufbacken reicht es. Wirklich kochen, sollte man lassen. Fazit: Das Appartement ist ausreichend für nen Kurzbesuch (2 bis 3 Tage), die Lage ist echt toll und alles ist schnell erreichbar. Aber wenn man eine Woche oder länger bleiben möchte, so wie wir, ist es dann einfach ungeeignet weil der Platz für zwei Personen einfach begrenzt ist. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter aber wenn man Pech hat und sich nur im Appartment aufhalten kann, dann wird das ne Partnerschaft auf ne harte Probe stellen. Kleinere Mängel wie ein Loch im Laminat und leichte Schimmelflecken in der Duschkabine sind da eher Nebensächlichkeiten. Ach ja: das Eisfach im Kühlschrank sollte mal abgetaut werden, das spaart nicht nur Energie, sondern man könnte dann auch was rein legen. Ideal für: zwei schlanke Menschen die sich weder rasieren noch schminken und wenig Gepäck dabei haben.

Objekt soweit gut, leider kein Waschbecken und Schimmel in der Dusche. Treppe sehr steil und schmal.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist schnell am Strand, mit dem Hund in den Dünen und auch zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen sind es nur kurze Wege. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war unproblematisch. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe ebenfalls. Das Appartement war soweit sauber, allerdings war an der Decke über der Dusche Schimmel. Das Bett war prima und auch ordentlich in weiß bezogen, frische weiße Handtücher gab's auch. Was wirklich gefehlt hat, war ein Handwaschbecken. Zum Zähneputzen und Händewaschen musste das Spülbecken benutzt werden. Das ist so gar nicht hygienisch!!! Ansonsten ist die Treppe schwer zu gehen, da sie extrem steil und schmal ist. Positiv ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Raum schön hell ist und gemütlich eingerichtet wurde.
